My first and probably only experience:Being a new customer, I wanted to try the pizza dressed with my favorite topping combo so I ordered a personal pizza for dine in instead of buffet. This was a mistake. It was a Friday dinner rush so I knew they were busy so I gave them the benefit of the doubt and waited 45 minutes before I asked about my order. I was then told they had accidentally put our order on the buffet and would cook another one. I understand, the cook got confused and assumed no box meant buffet because everyone there ordered buffet so it's probably not the norm for a dine in special order. My issue was no one told us about this and had I not asked we probably would've waited over an hour for our pizza. I told her we would do buffet instead because I didn't have the time to wait for another pizza. 3 slices of my special order was still left on the buffet and I ate it. It was ok, topping quantity was weak, it was a little too greasy but overall it was an ok pizza. Then I was excited because since we now have buffet we can try the dessert pizza! Well... It was MIA, after asking they said it was still cooking it. 20 minutes later, near 7pm on a Friday dinner rush, still no dessert pizza out so we left. I definitely feel like a got ripped off and it was obvious the crew could care less about the quality of their service.
Ordered off of door dash. Cheese calzone with extra toppings and a deluxe pizza. There was no cheese in my calzone. When I called the restaurant the woman on the phone had an attitude with me first she said they don't have cheese in them and when I said I ordered a cheese one she said our calzones always have cheese. Make up you're mind on if they do or don't but don't have cheese calzone on your menu if you can't make it properly. She basically told me it's not her problem. Will never eat from Tower square pizza!
The building is nice and staff was as well. First time I have been there so I won't judge it off of the buffet but I wasn't too impressed with it. I'll have to go back and eat off of the menu before I leave a full review. Overall a positive experience here

Meatball sub was horrible, one of the meatballs was so hard you couldn’t even bite through it…not sure if freezer burn or overcooked. Cheese ravioli was cold and had zero taste. Was excited to support local but food was a huge letdown.
Tower Square Pizza is a joke. Overpriced food $14 for a lunch ‘special’ that was over cooked and even worse the staff was beyond rude. Don’t waste your time. Don’t waste your money. You can get treated like dirt for half the price anywhere else in town.
My opinion of this place drastically changed after the experience I had today. I walked in to pick up an order. When I told them I was there to pick up an order and gave the customers name it was the owner I believe who screamed at me saying I can't help you right now I'm with another customer. But then the lady I was actually talking to approached me and said who are you here for & before I could get the name out my mouth the owner cut us both off and said make him wait. Well I decided I was going to walk away & the lady started chasing me out and telling me to never come back! I was shocked and the lady I was picking up for had to go get her own pizza cold from that place.
best buffet pizza around. the service can't be beat. the salad bar was awesome. any pizza you want they will make.
One of the best salad bars in town and I love that the lunch buffet has a little bit of everything (not just one topping pizzas), pasta, and more. It was around $13 with drink, but for an all you can eat buffet, that didn't seem bad. I've also taken the buffet to go in the past- they give you three containers to fill as much as you want. Super clean as well. Great spot for lunch!
