I don't know what's going on in this place but it is in need of better management I waited over 20 minutes in the lobby for a burrito some of the workers even had their kids in there and tells the kid we've got four more hrs when I asked about my meal they said oh yeah we'll get it oh look it disappeared off the screen I'm sorry what did you order again it looks like a hang out nasty and aren't food workers required to wear hair nets or just let there hair fly every where I will most definitely not be back worse fast food experience ever
I think this was the worst time of anywhere! Had to wait for someone to take our order and then had to wait 50 minutes, that's right, 50 minutes for our food. My husband got the 3 mango shrimp tacos and by the time it came, the shrimp was as hard as a rock! My burrito was ok, but had better there. And there was one worker that was sitting when we went in, and still sitting when we left. Looks like she could have helped do something. It will be a VERY LONG time before we go back.
Waited for several minutes for a simple take home order only to find the order wrong, potato oles COLD! Why can't ordering be simplified instead of offering medium, large, etc. That is confusing and they probably would have gotten that wrong also!
Last 3 or 4 times we have been here they have sloped the food in the bags and cheese was everywhere all over the bags and plates just came out horrible and when ask for no avocado sauce they added it anyways I like taco johns wish they had more closer to benton,il area
It took 13 minutes to get my order and it was cold. But the portion was a good size. I got the super nachos
2 hour wait in drive through. It was horrible. Only waited bc we placed order online and they'd already gotten our money. Food was passable and workers had a i don't care attitude. Pity.
If you scroll through my reviews, you will see I'm a Taco John's fanboy, haven't been to one I didn't like. Friday dinner around 6p.m. food was fast and tasty. Restaurant was clean and staff was pleasant.I recommend getting some soft tacos, potato oles and a side of ranch. Start combining and you will quite the tasty hacked tacos. They are so good, they should be on the menu! ?????♥️♥️♥️♥️
Potato Ole’s were extremely salty. The new quesadilla tacos are very small for the price. Quesadilla was way too messy. Only thing good was pur drinks to be honest. $20 wasted. Food would have been better at Taco Bell.

The best steak tacos I've had it a while! However when you want extra steak or extra cheese you get charged but rarely actually get the product.. 3 days in a row I asked for extra limes and didn't get them. That's 3 days in a row I said because they definitely still are the best steak taco.... But they could do a little better on product quality
