I work in fast food myself and it took the workers over 30 minutes to get the order out. This is the second time this has happened and the dining room and drive thru where empty.
The people and the food are great, my only issue that keeps it from 5 stars is when my family orders crunch wraps and chooses add ons and sauces, nothing is labeled. So the only way we are able to figure out who's food is who's is by taking apart the crunchwraps, it's even worst if it's an office setting, so I recommend you make a separate order for each person, that way you know what the order is and you don't have to deconstruct anyone's meal. Not sure why a labeling system is not in place, but it is what it is. (Food and people are still great!)
Always nice staff here and the place is clean most of the time. It is always our Taco Bell choice in Marion. Way better than the other location. The building has newer construction as well.
Waited 45 minutes for our food that never came canceled the order. That 45 minutes the restaurant was correcting orders they had messed up for other customers.
Crazy food as usual. Mooshy , fake, and soy substituted as usual. The workers all had sweat dripping off their brows. The girl didn't give me a napkin in my TO GO bag. When I said so she pointed off into the seating area some place and said " get some over there!" Turned and walked away. . I'm embarrassed at what this entire country is turning into. I'd move the Germany right now if I could. Or south America to live with the Germans there.
I did a mobile order I literally live not even 5 mins from the restaurant and was there when the app said my food would be done when I got home everything was cold and I didn't receive my drinks I spent 60 dollars on the food in all for dinner for my family when I called up there to see about getting my whole order replaced one manger said that was fine to come back up to get back up there then was basically told they wasn't replacing my order that they could give me some free tacos at a later date I kindly denied and that because tacos at a later date doesn't feed my family tonight so obviously there is no communication between the managers I was told the couldn't refund me because it was a mobile order so I'm out that 60 dollars plus the money from the other place I had to order from plus the gas to go back up there from them to waste my time
Horrible service. When the original taco bell was horribe and they added one worse. Good Job.
Decent when you crave Mexican, but don't have time for Don Sol's.
When I walked my way over to this location in the snow, I was told that it was drive thru only. Even though this was the rule of the snowed in store, they still let me in to order! I applaud the service of this restaurant, which has very gracious and generous staff, and which makes delectable food. Thank you!2/3/22
