I would very much like to thank Tony and Angel from the Marion Starbucks store for the exceptional service that I have gotten from them since the day this location has opened. I usually only go to this location to eat or drink because I know that they will give me quality food and drinks every single time. They both brighten my day every day I come here. The owner of this store has two very special people in their employment and I hope that they treat them well, because I’m sure I’m not the only one who goes here to see them and to always know they will have quality service.
The location was extremely busy but our drinks were right regardless. And the lawn was not very slow considering the parking lot was packed out the door.
Super modern and spacey Starbucks, the orders were complicated, oops, but they made them really great and quick:)
Amazing iced brown sugar oat milk shaken espresso!! The team was super friendly. Drive thru took a while, but they were really busy.
Consistently this Starbucks has the slowest, rudest service of nearly any location I have been to. I have never seen their location fully stocked of even the most basic items, specifically syrups and dairy alternative options — some of which I know is outside of their control and a lot of which I know comes from lack of preparation on their part. I was also just informed they REQUIRE a 10-15 order window for any mobile order, which I’ve literally never heard of in all of the years Starbucks has been offering mobile orders. Keep in mind… there was no one in the drive thru when I drove through, so I know it wasn’t a circumstance of them being busy.
Need to update business hours. I came by at 6:20 and this location was closed. Not the first time this has happened. Usually nice employees and good service though. There's just one that I don't like when she's working.
If they have it in stock it's good .. if not u will have to come back u have no choice ..
Friendly staff and they made us good drinks. Satisfied and will visit again when in town. Fast service inside even though the drive thru was slammed.
I ordered a venti English breakfast tea with oat milk before heading back on the road. I thought it tasted weak and noticed that they must have pulled the tea bags out before giving it to me, which left me with a light tan colored, watery, and barely caffeinated oat milk. Who pulls the tea bags out before serving it? I’m still drinking it out of desperation. I have four hours left in an 18 hour cross-country drive.
Never had a bad experience! Angel is amazing super friendly and a pleasant part of my morning!
