We had a nice birthday celebration with family the food was good and wait staff was helpful providing support for our toddler Grand child!

51 st Anniversary. Sorry to say ultimate feast - lobster and crab legs were cold . Baked potato would not melt the butter. Lobster tail- when they split the shell they broke it to pieces and was hard to separate from the meat Very disappointing dining However manager made adjustment in our bill. Hopefully manager discussed with kitchen

our waitress was awesome the food was delicious

We celebrated our daughters birthday tonight at Marion Red Lobster and had such a great evening! The food was wonderful but I want to compliment is the staff. Our host has such a nice young man! Our waitress was just so pleasant and just awesome! They even sang happy birthday and it was basically closing time and we didn’t even realize it! We had such a great experience and just wanted to let you all know!

Server was just awful. She never filled our drinks, didn’t bring us silverware, forgot my salad, etc. to the point that by the time I got silverware, my food was ice cold. I told the manager, and they brought out fresh food, but it was cool too. And the server still made us wait 30 minutes for our bill. And nothing more than a free dessert was offered. While I don’t expect amazing service at a place like this, the restaurant was my busy. And given the moderate prices, I expect food to be edible.

In person dining is great and the food is delicious. If you order food for pickup however, you are going to have a bad time. In the last three times that my family has ordered from them, an item has been missing. In this case I didn't get the rice that comes with my meal and my stuffed flounder is tiny. The picture that I've attached was $18.99. I was extremely disappointed with the portion size of the flounder and it doesn't help that they didn't give me one of my sides.

The food is getting very expensive but it’s a good place to go for a special treat, our waitress wasn’t too Tentative today but some of them are very good

Red Lobster was delicious, and the atmosphere was very relaxing. We were there for my daughters' birthdays and it was delightful as I had hoped it would be.

My wife ordered the Seafarer's Feast and I the Lobster Lover's Dream. Her scallops were so overcooked that they had the consistency of cork. Her shrimp weren't too awful, but were a little overcooked. My Rock Lobster was indeed a dream, but of the nightmare variety, and was also severely overcooked to the point it was hard and extremely dry. I get this is Red Lobster and not a high end seafood restaurant, but I expect better when I pay $100 for two meals. A simple thermometer and a cook who knows how to use it would have solved the issue... scallops should be cooked to no higher than 145 degrees Fahrenheit and lobster to 140 F max. From my own grilling mishaps over the years, my best bet is both the scallops and lobster got above 190 degrees and maybe even 200. Accidents happen, but it was so obvious that they were beyond well done that the cook should have caught it and made another batch. Unfortunately I have gift cards, so I can't say I won't be back, but once those are gone, I don't plan on returning.
