The sandwich was very good. The fries were not fresh and service was ok. What gives it 1 star is the cleanliness. The person that took our order was filthy with flour and oil all down is pants. The counter at the drink dispenser was disgusting. In the entry had a puddle of water just waiting for an accident to happen.
The staff is always friendly, the food is always good and the facility is always clean. What more could you ask for from fast food?
I ordered 12 pc meal with mashed potatoes and rice with beans. Food was delicious and hot. The issue here is the staff . They aren't rude they just aren't friendly either. It feels like it was an inconvenience for me to be there. By the way it was 1pm ( so not right before closing) .
The staff seems nice. The manager is a liar. She told me the fish sandwich and the beignets were not on my order. They were the top 2 items.Completely incompetent & a lie. Do not use the mobile ordering app. I have used it twice, they got it wrong both times and you have to wait in the drive thru line(sometimes twice), then pull forward, anyways. Horrible Service and the chicken wasn't done! Asked for the order to be remade, just to be handed more of the same chicken. When we asked for the money back, Michelle the 3p to close manager laughed and had a horrible attitude. The restaurant is filthy, the floor was covered in food and trash, the soda machines didn't work. For a new location, it's just sad!
The food was hot and fresh. When I got home my order was not what I expected it to be when I got it. I called the store to complain about the small amount of food I received. The manager called me a few hours later and was concerned about my complaint. Michelle made it right and was awesome...I wish we had more people like her who care in the food industry.
It was ok tried the flounder sandwich the bun was fresh picked were crisp it could used a slice of pepper jack cheese. The fish itself was hot but you really can't taste the fish because the breading was to thick. My partner on the other hand got the 2 PC dinner it was so hot and fresh they had to wait a good 10 min to enjoy it
The spicy chicken sandwich was delicious! I had to try it for myself. I asked my good friend to meet me there for lunch.
We have been at the Marion location 3 times..first time was very good..thats why I went back second time..ordered the classic chicken sandwich got the spicy..I couldnt eat it..today we went again to try the flounder sandwich..ordered the assic flounder and got spicy..again..I dont know whats going on at that store but I wont be going back..to send money on food I cant eat
The service at this location is terrible. They are slow and the order was completely incorrect. The chicken was very old and was clearly re-dropped. I paid over $45 for this meal and had to throw most of the chicken away. The 3-11 pm shift on 2/12/22 should be terminated.
