They didn't have the style pizza we ordered and gave us regular pizzas instead, we were not contacted to ask if this was okay. The food was still good , but the customer should be notified if they are not going to get what they ordered and paid for.
Ordered 2 pizzas online. After an hour and a half, we called and they said they could see we order but wasn't sure if it was made or delivered. I will gladly over pay for gas station pizza before I ever bother to order from here again.
It was great food, quick service and a friendly delivery person.
The driver was so cool to warn me with a knock(contactless delivery). There was a stray cat outside that would have stolen my pizza if I would have left it out too long. ?
When I made my order I accidentally had the delivery address set to my work since I order delivery there sometimes. I immediately called and they were very kind and agreed to deliver to my house instead. The man who delivered was very nice and polite.

The as always is great but I've always used coupons that comes with the flyers everyone in my area gets weekly. This time I was told ( not when I ordered but as I was picking up) that the new corporate owners weren't accepting those flyer coupons. So as much as I love the pizza in these tryn times I guess pizza hut is off the table for awhile.
First time using this Pizza Hut drive thru!! Excellent customer service, pizza was delicious. The timing was on point or even maybe a little early. Definitely will call in and pickup AGAIN!!
They never fail at amazing me. I asked for extra pepperoni and black olives and they did exactly that.
Nothing 2 complan about pizza was good. They wanted 2 charge me a $1 cuz I wanted extra cheese as 1 of my toppings. They said cheese wasnt a topping. WHAT? it a always has been. Learn it, know it, love it!
