Went on lunch break, whole order was wrong even though the first window repeated it back to me and the receipt was right, ordered a medium smoothie they gave me a small that was only 2/3rds full, food was cold and the burger was wrong. Have been trying to call up there but nobody will answer

In the drive thru I ordered a large frappe, used the McDonald’s app points to redeem a large frappe and they gave me a small. So I said large, and the screen said large when my code was put in. But I was given a small. And after using the code I paid for the shot of expresso. I decided not to have it remade because they were filling the reserved spot already it would have taken 10+ minutes.
Went through the drive through, got a Diet Coke instead of a regular coke like I ordered. Then has the guy at the 2nd window tell me it was just my taste buds that coke and diet taste the same, then told to pull forward to wait on a soda….very nice lady brought out the correct drink and asked me to verify in case the machine was messed up and offered to throw the old one away. I called to tell the manager this same story to make sure the kind lady was acknowledged and the window guy for some more training only to finish the story and ask for the ladies name again to find she wasn’t even listening and rattled off a generic response that she would pass along the info to her dm. I wonder why the window guy has poor customer service when the manager doesn’t even listen when someone has a complaint.
I am a former employee. I worked here for about 4 months which was split up once. So what was it like to work here? It was great, I had many great coworkers and many great leaders. Of mention are Alejandra, Lorena, Carlos, Julio, Mari, and Mari and Pancho and there are others that I missed. This place does a good job at delivering quality products. I can tell you from behind the scenes, this place follows all rules and guidance in the production of food products. Everything that hits the floor goes in the garbage. Believe me I know. I have accidentally dropped some notable quantities of food. But garbage. The crew has a family mentality. We get excited at times and it's not uncommon to see two good friends locked in a big bear hug. This place is overflowing with love. So why leave such a great place?? Not everything in life can be answered with explanation.
The Manager, Was extremely rude and impolite to me (The Customer) and her employees. I had ordered two happy meals and she yelled at me after I alerted her that the toy was not inside of the box.Terrible Management, Not even worthy of 1 star.
Why is it every time I order a simple Frappe I get pulled for 10 minutes? Actually no matter what I order I get pulled at this location. Last time I ordered it and got pulled they literally forgot to bring it out and I was late to work. They offered me a refund but I got it using my points on the app, but they couldn’t give me my points back. I used to be an area manager for a fast food company so I get drive thru time and percentage but really? For a COFFEE? I’m not pleased with this location.
They were wonderful to accommodate to a bus of 43 students and adults. The food was hot and fresh. The workers were amazing and helpful. Everything flowed really well. Everyone was happy. Thank you for all you all did this morning for our group!! Greatly appreciated!!
So I was at this McDonald's. At night I caught attitude for asking for lettuce after my order. In the morning. Had racist senior citizen man cut me of in the line . Then got mad at special needs boy for not taking his order. So either the whole town has issues or just this store
Expensive, just like most McDonalds. 2 drive throughs. Curbside. Not alot of customs dine in. It's McDonalds nothing more nothing less
