If you order more than one pizza, they take 1 hr+, usually mess up your order, or give your pizzas away multiple times.
Pizza is good, they need to offer door dash, or grubhub since they closed the Herrin IL location. Or have more locally located near Johnston City IL
Yet again the phone doesn't work so you can't call ahead to order, then when you get there you can only pay in cash because the internet is down again!!!! On going problem that you won't fix BAD business practice you don't have faith enough in your business to fix your phone why should we waste our time and money in your restaurant.
Their $5.55 pizza was SOOO good. Best Little Caesar's I've ever been to.
This is an updated review, This location seems to have really decent management, and the employees really aim to please. I feel that the MOST time you will have to spend there is about 10 Minutes ( that's if you are wanting something that is not Hot and Ready) otherwise your in and out pretty quickly, and with their hot and ready service they now seem to follow the guidelines of tossing out the hot and ready stuff timely so you will not get a Pizza or breadsticks etc. that have sat out in a heat box and absorbed all the sauces and are dried out. The quality has improved significantly over the past year or so. The reason for 4 stars, is they do seem to forget your sauces for your breadsticks more often than not, I have learned to check everything before I leave now, because I don't want to go back after leaving. ( I don't go there often) So this would be a small sample size of mistakes based on me.
It was ready when they said it was hot and it was what I wanted plus the lady was very nice all was great
This is the third pizza we’ve had where each slice was nearly half not covered with cheese. Two out of the last three Italian cheese breads have had had no seasoning on them….so they were like plain bread and cheese. We used to be constant customers and ordered at least twice a week but with the last three times being like this I don’t think we will be back.

Hot and ready - cheap- central location
Asked if you had PLAIN wings. They were NOT Caesar. HOT! My husband could not eat them. Threw them out. Pizza was warm. Usually hot. Very disappointed. Service good, as usual.
