Tonight at about 7:15 pm I ordered a 12 PC bucket of original, dark meat , chicken. Paid for it. Told it would be a 15 min wait to cook. Waiting several minutes and was told the manager doesn't want to cook anymore chicken tonight( they close at 9. Now told had to take crispy instead of original..came back 5 more minutes. Don't have 12 dark, would I take while. No nobody in my family eats white. Will you take two extra sides instead of the two missing pieces. Sure. Got home. 9 thighs, 1 leg, all cold and saturated in grease. Potatoes watered dow. Cold, corn dry and cold. Coleslaw was fine though. Who owns Marion KFC. Worst KFC we have ever eaten.
greasy chicken and mashed potatoes and gravy had sitting long, they looked old and tasted old. Nothing was hot and fresh.
I called on 4/30/22 at 11:55am and grumpy older white guy picked up and said “THANK YOU FOR CALLING KFC IN MARION CALL BACK IN 2 HOURS!” Then IMMEDIATELY hung up in my face… that was very weird & rude at the least But sadly expected in 2022 :( I was literally just calling to see if the buffet was back open & to make reservations for later date.
This original chicken is disgusting it's halfway cook and they said that's the way the chicken taste I have been eating Kentucky fried Chicken for a while never had half cooked original chicken dried out coleslaw and then you got the nerve to give me mashed potatoes without coleslaw I usually have the best thing to say about KFC's but this phone was disgusting don't stop
Went thru the drive thru and ordered a 5 pc tender box. Which should have included slaw. I also ask for FLG sauce. When I opened my order there was no slaw or sauce.
Short handed. That says it all, but this was the dining room at 6 pm on a Friday. The buffet is still closed and the best part of dinner was the French Fries.
Very rude showed up 20 mins till close (yes very annoying) but no one came over the speaker for 10 mins so I called and the young man was very rude yelling we don’t have chicken etc.. coulda been more polite
We go here ALOT, the kids love the mac n cheese, and the $30 family meal isn't bad, chicken is always on point.
I ordered for my nephew and took it home to him!! And it was awesome of course!! Our KFC IS SOOO GOOD!!! They DO IT Up Right!! Keep it Up, Marion,IL!!!
Worse place ever. They messed up my order and when my original order was 6 dollars cheaper they said my money would be returned to my account and it still hasn't it's been a week I asked for my money or compensation like the meal I wanted and they flat said no unless I have a receipt from a week ago.
