Great service with a smile. We didn't catch our server's name and she didn't have a name tag however she was great. We ordered the chicken and veggie salads. They were huge and filling.
Only a small portion of the restaurant was available for seating and we all sat right next to each other. Apparently this had gone on all day as your feet stuck to the floor as you walked. Everything else was clean.Food took a while, like every other restaurant these crazy days, but was fine.
Hard to judge this one..But Nicole our server was outstanding and place was very clean.. now keep in mind it was empty so emphasis on our table was grandeur. Easy parking and right next to many choices
Came in on Valentine's day around 6:05, took ages to be seated, once we were the waiter promptly told us this will take a while, flash forward an hour and twenty minutes of bickering scolding and miscommunication in the back, a manager comes in and brings order to the chaos. He went around and asked everyone what their order was , and made sure everyone was taken care of. He went above and beyond making things right and was civil with his errant staff. He nearly didn't charge us for our meal after doubling our order and adding in a house burger and fries. An absolutely amazing job by him straightening everything out. Tips on what to do to entertain yourself during that time, I personally find the syrup dispensers quite enjoyable to enact different performances such as a Lionel Richie's Endless Love, or asking your significant other the most off the wall questions until they want to strangle you instead of the cooks.
Most of the food was good. They didn't know how to make eggs properly. Order eggs over medium and got raw egg whites. Sent it back and received well over cooked eggs. Couldn't eat them. Also server over charged me had to have them take off
My mom and I went there after a trip to the Marion VA we both got breakfast I got an omelette with hashbrowns with onions my mom got the ultimate breakfast with refillable pancakes her breakfast was so big she couldn’t even get any more pancakes they still have four different selections of syrups unfortunately no more boysenberry our favorite. I would’ve gave them a 4 1/2 for that but not a four so I gave them a five. I had a Colorado omelette and it was delicious my hashbrowns were just right the onions were on top which was weird that they weren’t mixed in but they were still very good. No complaints here I recommend you go at least for breakfast but I have if you’re listening I request a boysenberry syrup back
We are from out of town but my wife and I always stop at this IHOP. They are excellent with the service and food is always delicious. Location was next to our hotel so was literally a short walk to get there. Very roomy and can seat many if needed I'm sure.
