Went n and ordered the Bacon Beast BurritoAnd it was very good, so much better than the smaller McDonald's ones.I haven't been 2 Hardee's n a long time but this will bring me back very soon .10 stars
It's OK not what it was ravens just a few years ago bun was a little stale hot ham means hot not Luke warm and the fries were cold like every other fast food joint
My experience has been absolutely terrible. Every time I go through which is a lot they give the one thing I asked not to have on my sandwich. Very rude customer service. Never going back.
Good food, fast service. Right at the perfect spot on the highway / intersection.
After finishing shopping in Marion, my daughter asked for Hardee’s as she love the curly fries. We get there at 8:14PM on 01/14/22 only to be told through the intercom that they are closed. It was very disappointing as online show that that they close at 12:00. If you guys are going to close early, update the hours so people who enjoy Hardee’s can plan accordingly.

One biscuit was fine the other was slightly burned and tough.
The lady cooking I think her name was Trish or something in that order was very pleasant and friendly. The lady behind the counter was nice also.
I have yet to have a positive experience with their customer service. Granted, I only ever went there at night, but either way drive-thru takes forever to get a response, and if you order after 7:30pm then you usually get cold food served with an attitude. It’s a shame because the franchise has good food, but this particular location has some terrible night shift employees that act like if they ignore you long enough then you’ll just go away. It’s not just worth the headache.
