First time stopping at Freddy's. I got the steakburger. It was amazing!!! Very well cooked and I love the shoestring fries. The service was pretty quick and drink choices were good as well. Highly recommend this restaurant.
Great experience! The manager David made the whole experience amazing! He was so helpful and knowledgeable. Made us smile as well with a few jokes! Highly recommend!
NASTY! My family ate here while passing through and now we all feel like throwing up. The "burgers" were paper thin and were mostly charred. The cheese was even thicker than the "burgers". Shoestring fries are gross. The restaurant is clean and the staff is very nice. Culver's and Smashburger are both better for food. I have a stomach ache now.
similar to but much better than Steak n Shake. Cost $26 for 2 burger meals (one came with fries and a root beer float, the other with fries and a chocolate banana shake)

3rd time was the charm. Of all the restraunts with a drive thru in Marion, yours has been the worst by far. From rude and distracted workers to no service at all. Today was the 3rd time I have sat at your intercom without a greeting or just even a "please wait. " It's too bad, I do like your food. Going to trade flavor for service.
Amazing service!! Management and employees were super friendly and on top of it, even with a large order! Food came out quick and all orders were perfect. 10/10!
This is such an awful place. All the employees clothes looked like they had not been washed like ever. Everyone was filthy. They didn't get our order even close to being right and we waited at the drive thru window for at least 30 minutes just for 4 shakes and a 1 sandwich. Ordered no pickles, got pickles anyway. Two different people came to the window not even knowing what they were supposed to give us or what we were waiting for. These people are clueless and food overpriced....AND the Oreo shake was MAJORLY lacking Oreo. Culvers is 1000 times better and more reasonably priced. Go to Culvers. You're welcome!
Our whole softball team came to this location after a game and the staff were so nice and you could tell they loved their jobs! They were fast and had amazing customer service!!
Drive thru is horrible!! 40 minutes and counting. I’ll update once we get our food.
