Okay!.....Here's the difference IN WORKERS!! At the SAME Franchise of SAME Restaurant!!!! Friday, the 10th....Me and some family members went to the Original DQueen on West main in Marion!! Was VERY Disappointed and, again....."I"! Should of let Them Know...they Gave me or made me The wrong flavor Blizzard!! And Sis WANTED A Crunch cone....and the worker Couldn't DO It!IT!! Said the ice cream was TOO Soft!!!Weelllll Todayyy WE Decided to hit the DQ Store on Rt. 13 at the light you turn to, to go to Aisin!! And BY Golly Sis got Her Crunch cone!! Yayyy!! The worker there Said the Soft serve was kinda soft Too.....BUT! She at least Tried it, And! She got it done!!! And! I GOT MY Reeses blizzard! Instead of getting a Snicker one!!?! Sooo See! It DEPENDS On the workers And! Management!!!
Shame on me for forgetting her name, but my cashier/server was awesome. I came in with a slightly large order for myself and 3 coworkers. So while having been dealing with the people in front of me who also had large orders, she took my order, and didn't miss a beat. Now, the reason I took a star away was bc of the other employees, including mgmt. I paid cash, and she needed more singles to give me the correct change. The manager was just standing around talking about personal matters with the other workers, and my server had to ask 5 times for change, and then was met with attitude when she finally was given the change. My server then made mention, to the manager mind you, that I had a few items needing made, and the manager told her, "well make them," and went right back to standing around with the other employees. Very unprofessional, but the cashier/server was everything!
I went in on the 11th to get my food through the drive through, the lady asked me to pull up to yellow line and they will bring it out as soon as possible. Even though there was no one behind me, so I then asked to just give me a refund because I’m my experience when DQ ask me to please pull forward, that stops there time on the drive through and they can take 15 minutes to get my order to me. I didn’t have 15 minutes, I had like 8 minutes though. The refund finally came through on the 14th and I got charged again for the same price as the refund. So they gave me my money back and then took it right back out. I tried to get them to just give me my money back and they won’t do it. Keep the $10.71 apparently y’all need it more than me!
This is the best DQ in Marion. Definitely worth the drive. Always clean and they always have cartoons on in the dining area. Who doesn't like cartoons?!
I pulled into drive thru, was told it would be a 10 to 15 minute on a cheeseburger wait because they make everything fresh and there was already one car ahead of me. I said that would be fine and she seemed annoyed. I pulled ahead to wait after paying, sat for about 9 minutes. No big deal. Took the cheeseburger to my fiance for lunch break and they doused it in ketchup and mustard, threw a ridiculous amount of pickles on it, and got condiments all over the wrapper. Ketchup and mustard literally plopped off the wrapper in clumps. Not pictured: the ketchup and mustard on the top and bottom buns soaked almost all the way through the bun. Seems like they were annoyed I didn't leave rather than wait so they'd show me I guess? Anyways, fiancé didn't get to eat in lunch break and I called back to back 4 times and let the phone ring for over a minute each time. Very poor customer service.
Chicken sandwich was great got it fresh and hot will come back to this location again service was also great
I like the chicken strips basket.And the gals that work there go above and beyond . This is the DQ on redco drive
Fair warning, they aren't open usually and when they are they only have fried things no burgers etc
