submitted an online order, husband went to pick it up wasn't ready, he waited over 30 minutes, NEVER got our order as they claim they didn't receive it, I find it funny because I received the confirmation email and the money was debited from our account, I will be calling to get a refund and NEVER going back!!!!!!!!
They were awesome. The young lady or ladies that took our order and handed us our food were very nice and polite. They repeated the order back at the speaker and the window to make sure it was correct. Even though it was just about closing time when we got to the speaker, they were still very nice. I wish I had the ladies names who helped me out.
There was a piece of plastic (like maybe the plastic bag the chicken strips come in) IN my chicken strip! I thought it was a piece of fat & tried to pull it off, but the plastic came out. I made my daughter throw away her meal as well, we couldn’t risk eating that food. And my husbands burger was dry & sloppily thrown together. Just an over all horrible & disgusting experience!
Walked in, waited for about 10 minutes and when no one even attempted to take the order we left and went to Taco John's
we love DQ burgers. but 13.oo spent to get tough burgers and cold fries at 3:55 today. burgers were tough n cold. buns were hard. never have we had this experience here before. disappointed
Food is usually fresh and hot, but you should probably check your drive-thru order. I usually have something missing, but the staff is nice so who cares. The food is good, and the people there work hard. Try a vanilla Mtn Dew! It's terrible! :D
The sign outside says dining open until 9 PM daily however I went to this location and was just gonna go inside and order a blizzard because the drive-through was outrageously long and they had the doors locked that is false advertisement and this company just lost business at this location due to false advertisement
Great place to go get your order butchered every time. Still a step up from McDonald's, but you'd be better off driving to the next stop on the interstate and getting Culver's.

This dairy queen has some of the best service I have ever seen. This location seems to have a team who works together to meet customer satisfaction. I have never been to a dairy queen where food was served so fast and efficiently. This location has employees working there that are worth way more than they are paid.
