If I could give this Culver’s 1000 stars I would, solely based on the kindness of one manager, Madison. My family and I were passing through on a road trip and stopped here for lunch. I forgot my purse and didn’t realize until we were over 4 hours away. I called and spoke with Madison who immediately agreed after I asked if they could ship it to my home. She shipped it out via UPS the very next day and I received it only 3 days after losing it. I could not be more thankful.
Usually go with the chicken strip basket. The food is okay, as far as fried food goes. Custard is pretty good. Prices are a little steep. Comparable with other fast food chains like Freddy's and Steak -N- Shake, but 25% more expensive. If salads are your preference, then Culver's is where it succeeds. I would recommend the Cranberry Bacon Bleu.
Just got the worse burger from here. One side was burnt and the other side was just barely cooked. The burger looked like someone smashed it all together. The fries where from the bottom of the fry bin. Some where burnt and some where ok but more burnt ones then any other. Asked if I wanted ketchup I said yes and didn’t put any in the bag. By far the worst meal I’ve had from Culver’s. And I travel a lot and have eaten at many of them.
Got the wrong order inthe drive through, drove 30 miles home then found out, called them and they offered to replace the meal but due to the distance offered to send us gift cards and coupons, which we accepted. Just wish I had gotten the cheese curds I ordered they are awesome. Been ma y times and this was our first issue that I can remember, overall typically a great place for a quick bite to eat and the staff are always very friendly and helpful ?.
The deluxe butter burger tastes like you made it on your own grill. Delish!! I substitute onion rings for fries because Culver's rings cannot be beat. Got a shake for first time in a long time. Omg. So great. Real strawberry flavor. Thick and creamy. Eat here whenever you can.
Always great food since it is a Culver's. Employees nice and give it their best. Apparently short on workers as it's just a bit slow at times.
Love, love, love Culver's! This one is no exception! Went at high noon and even though busy, these workers had their "ducks in a row"! Taking orders, serving, cleaning and even going the extra mile! One little fella was tired and weepy as his Mom and Dad were trying to finish eating. A sweet employee was given the okay to bring him a little scoop of ice cream that made him smile from ear to ear!The food has always been top notch and freshly made to order! I think ours was a fresh catch....deliciousness in a cod sandwich! Hope you enjoy your experience as much as we did!
Great stop for us....my wife and I enjoyed the food we ordered. Service was excellent and we enjoyed the good old fashioned music. Very relaxing stop for us. Thank you.
15 minutes in the drive they for ice cream. Cancelled my order. Took 10 minutes for the refund. Manager didn’t APOLOGIZE for the wait. Or the inconvenience. Actually thanked us for the refund. Wow! Just Wow!
We ordered 2 concrete mixers and got put in wait line. Then watched the next 5 people behind us get put in a wait line. There are now 7 people waiting for food. Been waiting for over 15 min now.
