So with a good previous take out experience, my wife and I decided to get an appetizer each, take out, and enjoy Buffalo Wild Wings at home. She loved the fried pickles last time, and considered a double order for a meal; wish we had. Last time, the take out container was full of fried pickles. This time today? About 12 pickles, no lie. They were yummy, but not worth it at 74 cents a pickle. I was going to get some more wings, but since I love nachos, decided to try them. I should have gone to Taco Bell! I wonder if the Ultimate Nachos are vegetarian? It sure looked pretty opening up the container, but...the sliced peppers were too much, the sour cream just a drizzle, the tomatoes...I think there were some diced tomotoes, but like Gandalf said in LOTR: "I have no memory of any (tomatoes)" There was a speck, yes, a tiny speck of meat, not sure if it was chicken or tofu, or what? And something that was light gray and gooey on the bottom, sticking to the cardboard. I'm still hungry!! Taco Bell, get some REAL nachos ready. For $10.29, that was some expensive chips and dip. It wasn't nachos, nope.
Service was slow to start with but once we were waited on, all was well. Our server was kind and helpful. We sat outside, which was pleasant with the early spring weather. Food was accurate and tasty!
Had a small wait of roughly 20 min other than that the service was great and so was the food. So I'm editing this review because I was double charged for my meal I called the restaurant and spoke to the manager and found where I had been accidentally double charged. The manager said I should be credit the 66 dollars I was overcharged in about 24 hours. The charge has yet to be refunded to my account and I am getting ready to dispute it so I can get my money back. I will update after I call the manager and see if we can get it resolved. Didn't have to call the manager my account was refunded as promised by the manager.
Waitress was nice but super slow. Ended up leaving cash for the bill because after 10 min she hadn't made it back to take our card. They were not super busy!
Not only was my order messed up, the customer service was horrible. Went in to pick up my order at the time the app said it would be ready and it was done 20 minutes prior, my wings I got were soggy. When I approached the counter no one was there, several employees seen me standing there with no acknowledgment, I ended up having to get my own order from the shelf. My order was corrected. I was not greeted or thanked for ordering my food there nor did anyone apologize for the mess up. Over all poor experience and I usually have no trouble.
I don’t normally write reviews but If you happen to stop here request Tommy as your server & be sure to tip him well.. he made sure our drinks were full, updated us on our order, and was so positive , happy, and friendly.. you don’t see that much anymore!!!
Our server was Carmen at the Marion location. Amazing server. Always refilling the drinks before they ran out. Also I love her high up ponytail. I feel so bad that we couldn’t leave a tip right now.
Very clean and pleasant atmosphere. Wait host and staff was very pleasant and friendly. In the negative I must say the fried pickles were very tasteless,almost as if all the dill taste had been sucked out of them.Over all I enjoyed being there
The salsa and guacamole was disgusting, taste unflavored and like semi- liquidity tomato paste. the waitress with the sparkling mask seemed to be avoiding the table. Nobody was at the front and we just stood there for about 5-7 min before being seated. I had a party of 4, just for the waitress to come over it took 17 min. The queso was lukewarm the first time, the Thai curry wings were a 8/10, Buffalo wings seemed over cooked, BBQ wings were over cooked and hard ( both the traditional and boneless), lemon pepper wing were 8/10 fresh but the spicy garlic wings tasted old and were hard. A total of 55 minute wait for food. When I went to the restroom, 3 staff members, were giggling and messing around. This establishment doesn't close till 12:30 am and my party arrived here at 10:02 pm. About 8 tables filled but 2 left withing 20 minutes of my arrival and about several guest at the bar. Gave us the bill before we could ask for a box, she charged us incorrectly on the bill. The server was named Carmen, based on the receipt. Left at 11:35 pm
It’s honestly a toss up; the service is usually great but the food is not always worth the money. Sometimes the food is not hot and it tastes like it just came out of a bag. It’s usually very clean though and a fun environment. The to-go orders have always been wrong, but they’re happy to fix it and give you the right food if you go back.
