Server was trying her best but in over her head. Manager was just rude. I'd finally gone back to use the "on us" cards (three $5 cards) from when they forgot our side dishes in our "holiday feast" from over a year ago. Bakery items for sale were labeled to be discarded two days prior. Id picked up cookies to purchase but changed my mind when I saw the date. The info was met with a shrug and a "really?" I was given my check, went to pay, and manager told me I owed more. I stated what my check was. He told me it wasn't, that I was wrong. I'd taken a photo of it for a rewards app, and showed it to him. Then he said "your server gave you the wrong check." She'd undercharged by $1 + tax and instead of explaining to me, he just argued that I'd never had the lower check I handed him in the first place.
The food was good and our server gave great service especially since we had a large party. A good value
Went with my family for supper tonight, was seated right away food was great. The reason for the 4 star review was the service. I ordered the country fried steak, it came with eggs hash browns and my choice of bread. I told my waitress I wanted biscuits and ask for butter. Then I added a order of biscuits and gravy also. when our food arrived I noticed the waitress had forgotten my biscuits that came with my country fried steak dinner. I was told they gave me biscuits with my gravy, when I asked about my biscuits n butter that came with my meal, I was told they put the biscuits with my gravy and only charged me for a bowl of gravy. When I ask why when I ask for biscuits and butter because it came with my meal (I wanted it for my eggs) I was told again She had giving me 2 biscuits. the waitress then held up 4 fingers and said you want 4 biscuits?? I said I want what came with my meal. Then again she held up 4 fingers and said if you want 4 biscuits I can bring you 4 biscuits at that point I was just fed up with the conversation and asked if I could please get some butter. The butter was cold and was not spreadable lol The entire time we were there we were not offered a refill on our drinks, two of our party of 4 finished half of there meal with no drinks. The food was really good just was really disappointed in the service.

Great food and great prices. We always go back for breakfast. Staff aren't that friendly, at least the waiters we have had, but that is okay. The food is good and they always refill your coffee cup. Also love the breads and cookies to go.
My wife and I had different burgers. Both were tasteless to the point we each only ate half of our burgers. The fries were also bad. Adding lots of salt and ketchup didn't help any. I hate using straws but had to because I couldn't drink out of what they were using for glasses without getting it all over me.
Waitress was not efficient. Not rolls did not keep tea filled
I was there this week, and I ordered Breakfast. The only thing that didn’t taste bad was the eggs. I buy Bob Evans sausage all the time at Kroger’s, but what I ordered for breakfast tasted like the meat was spoiled, and the gravy tasted the same way. The biscuits were like hockey pucks. Needless to say. I was real disappointed.
My daughter ordered the whole Thanksgiving meal from here, our first ever... the food was excellent much to my surprise.. I had 3 plates full and if you know me then you know I eat in small portions but the turkey was juicy and succulent and sides were outstanding.. no STRESS, no MESS.
The service is always incredible and the food matches up. I love their food and the place seems pretty clean too. The only time you are gonna have a longer wait time is on Sundays but its never too bad. If you are wanting some good breakfast, lunch, or dinner this is the place to go.
