Had the walleye fish fry. It was fried to perfection. We had excellent service too for a reasonable price and will be back
Tads is my favorite restaurant in Rockford. Why? it has everything! Music on the deck on Sunday afternoon, decent food and prices and a very friendly staff. If you want to relax and enjoy the boats and river, it doesnt get any better.
We came with a large group and the staff was very accommodating. Nice food and service. Apparently it's got a nice Riverside patio too if I come back during warmer weather :)

Me and my hubby frequent this place often. We LOVE their pizza and apps. The bartenders and staff are always there to please. In the summer they have live bands out on the deck. Beautiful river view
Had an after internment lunch for family n friends. I couldn't have asked for better service or kinder people under the circumstances. They were brilliant w their service n food. Plenty of room n constant attention to their guests. Glad we went there n will definitely go back.
Expect pre-cooked frozen chicken, undercooked pork. Had ribs with my family and we all got terribly sick. Wife had the salad and the tomatos we're past their time. Nice view off the dock is the best thing this place has going for it.

Well the Waitress ( the really short one ) was really, really rude and they should replace her - food was ok but not that great - fish ok - catch your own - nice place , but they got to get rid of people that are just plain rude - others told us the same thing - and we witnessed it.
