So Tonight at 8 pm we did a drive thru .and we were told to wait a moment we waited but nobody said what was going on. So after like more that 5 min we asked if we could order.everything politely and the girl with the headset with very rude and snappy attitude said that we needed to wait so we did again....after a while we asked again and she very rudely said...."okay.you are gonna need to wait because I have a 60$ order ahead of you SO..." YES THE "SO" WAS INCLUDED. mind u we were not being rude we just didn't know what was going on and why were we kept waiting for so long she could have just politely said "we have a big order at the moment". We have worked at fast food we know it can get crazy but that was no reason to be so rude
Twice they couldn't get my order correct in the drive thru. No one ahead or behind me. Seriously, how difficult is it to make a correct order when it's confirmed by the order taker thru the loud speaker & entered into the computer?
They lackin. They dont take card after a certain time period.Which is dumb. The other taco bea by the Walmart is way better.Update as of 03/08/2022They still lacking as it took over 15 minutes to just even get my order in.
By far the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. Been there three times and each time order has been completely wrong. Not missing toppings wrong, completely different order wrong. When you approach them with their error, they get mad at you like your the inconvenience. Now I drive to a Taco Bell that is much further, but at least they get it right.
There's no negative option to give this location an accurate review. The staff was rude and honestly down right disrespectful. The staff lacked customer service skills and did not have basic knowledge or want to provide answers to any questions as far as management or how to get in contact with the GM or corporate. Taco Bell should be ashamed of how this location treats paying customers.
They like to pretend your food is okay when they toss it into the bag and smile at you, but there's almost always food missing, never give you the sauce you want, and they literally are always closed and ridiculous hours. I understand being short-staffed but being closed at 7:48pm on a Thursday evening? Or 6:30 on a Tuesday the last time.Drive across town for a taco bell if you're going too lmao.
Uber eats pick up was a nightmare, lobby was closed due too staffing. Than there was 10 cars in line, get to the order to find out there out of hamburger and other stuff, for them to tell me cancel order, 20 min later and travel time and no pay. They could have canceled this knowing they didn't have the products to make the order.
Usually pretty accurate on my orders for lunch at work and staff is friendly although seems understaffed occasionally.
Went thru drive thru late night every single thing I ordered barely have any meat on it burrito included which I got one fork full of meat from an entire burrito. All manager wants to do is replace food lol what a joke I don't wanna run around at 11pm cause your staff doesn't know how to do they're job
I went to the Taco Bell on Riverside and Forest Hills and put in my order using the app. I paid with my gift card. The order did not go thru but my card was charged. Went in and talked to the 1st assistant manager who said he could not do anything I would have to call the app. I spent over 30 minutes trying to talk to someone from the app. I went back into the store and talked to the same manager. I showed him the card transaction that showed where his store had charged the card for the order. He said I don’t have time for this I have other things to do. There was nobody in the drive through and 1 other person in there that had already been served. I left there and went to the store on 173 West lane. They were Awesome as usual. I do not know how you train your managers at the Riverside store but you could certainly take lessons from the West Lane store
