I had pre ordered 2 coffee drinks. Upon arrival, I opened door and looked at counter and could visibly see that my cup was dirty from coffee being spilt and not wiped off, allowed to air dry. Asked barista to change cup. Barista handed me a cup and walked away. I feel if I'm going to pay almost $6 for a cup of coffee the presentation should be better than what I received.
This is the worst tasting coffee at Starbucks has ever had. I have never been to a more dirty nasty filthy place. Then call themselves Starbucks is a disgrace to Starbucks.
I’m being generous by giving one star this is the absolute worst customer service that I’ve received from Starbucks. Ordered a spinach feta wrap via the mobile App and when I received it it had ice still in it, it was literally ice cold. Maybe these barista‘s should go work at McDonald’s.
High energy staff, super friendly and engaging. Have not experienced service staff this friendly and happy at their job in months! ???
Wish I wasn’t as obsessed with Starbucks coffee as I am. I like to try different things on the menu, especially the seasonal items. My favorites are the iced caramel macchiato and the iced white chocolate mocha. Starbucks has such a distinct flavor coffee which is amazing.
I did have an issue but as soon as I brought it to their attention they fixed it right away. Love the service
Both the drive thru and the inside are open. Service was fairly quick and the iced coffees were prepared properly. Staff was friendly. Unfortunately, they continue to struggle with product availability, as do many other Starbucks locations.
WE CALLED AT 6:10PM AND ASKED WHAT TIME YOU CLOSE, SHE SAID 7PM. WE GET THERE AT 6:30PM AND YOU'RE CLOSED! SAW 2 PEOPLE IN THE BUILDING IGNORONG MY CALLS, WASTING MY GAS AND TIME.
They know my name & my order...they never mess my order up. I love them
I do not drink coffee, but I went to pick up something for my daughter to drink. The drive thru line was so long that I went inside. It does seem like a place where they need to expand so that they can have 2 lines moving and it seemed like they were short staffed as the employees were running around like crazy. I am not sure I personally would wait in a line that long if it were for myself. Friendly staff did work there and it seemed somewhat clean.
