I love their slushies most of the time, and sometimes the burgers can be pretty good. Service has been real spotty, and that could be due to understaffing.I mostly use the the app to get half price drinks and between waiting forever for things or getting disappointing food I usually avoid the rest.

Manager literally screamed and stomped her foot like a child when I simply inquired about an order that was over 20 minutes late. I also heard her screaming at other customers over the car hop speaker system while waiting for my food. Being short staffed is one thing, but do not take it out on paying customers who simply just want to know where their food is. It is extremely unprofessional, and will not help you keep a staff.

After visiting their location today, not being able to rate this location a 0 star is disappointing. Never in my whole life did I ever think I would be wait 20 min! In the drive-thru for a kids meal (Hot dog and tots) would be acceptable! I was very patient to even let 10 min slide. Management is rude and unprofessional & employees are careless. I requesting my money back and asked to speak to the manager. Instead of the manager being understanding & apologetic after the long wait she showed her frustration and use the excuse that they were short staff and that it takes 6 min to cook “warmup” a hotdog. Mind you I was the only car in the drive thru when I placed my order. She is so short staff that one employee was to busy texting & the other one was busy walking around with uncooked hotdog in his hands with NO GLOVES! I decided to call corporate and report the issue. While the manager worked on getting me my money back, the representative that was taking my case asked for the zip code and managers name, I asked for the zip code of her business and she refused to provide that! She said that if it was so called “ corporate “ they would have it. Talk about unprofessionalism . It was very inconvenience that I had rely on asking Siri for my location so I can provide that (sorry I’m not from loves park) I asked for her name and she refused as well. If your not happy with your job and do not like customers service please reconsider finding a profession where you do not have to deal with clients.

Ordering in the app saves you the most $, but I'm impressed how much their menu has expanded. The food was good.

The bacon on the Breakfast Toaster was nice and crispy, the tots were excellently crunchy, and it blew my mind that I could have a Sprite with blue raspberry flavoring added! It was awesome! ??

Three people behind my boyfriend and I got their food before us. My chili cheese tots had barley any tots inside. My corn dog and French toast sticks are covered in little specs (of what I'd hope is just tot specs from the fryer not being skimmed). My boyfriend's "ultimate meat and cheese burrito" wasn't even a burrito. They just folded the tortilla in half. The burrito also didn't have much inside of it. His tots where ok but the lil cup wasn't even full. Honestly just stick to their slushies and sodas.

We really enjoy going to Sonic. Their food is excellent. Staff is always very good. Really like being able to pull up to the outdoor ordering center so that we can take our time looking over the menu and deciding what you want.

1st time. They didn't ask what I wanted on my hotdog so I mistakenly assumed the usual ketchup and mustard. Nope. Got nothing. Not even packets of ketchup /mustard I'm the bag. $7 for a luke warm hotdog and dry bun. My fault for not knowing to tell them to put condiments on it I guess. But seriously, they could have asked...

Terrible food. No flavor, no seasonings, bland tater tots. So sorry we spent so much money here.
