The pizza is great but they never have any deals

One of the best pizza joints in town! I lived in Rockford all of my life and just discovered this Rosatis about 7 months ago and I am obsessed! Super friendly staff, great prices, and the over all quality and quantity of the food is very satisfying. Any mistakes that they make they correct immediately and honorably. I will remain a loyal customer for many years!
Just ordered from Rosati's again & we couldn't be happier! Their customer service is phenomenal! They didn't have the original sauce that I ordered & instead of just adding a different sauce(like MANY so called high end restaurants in the area) they actually called me, apologized, & asked which sauce I would prefer.?The ETA of the food was close to an hour which is normal, but the food arrived almost 30 minutes earlier! That was a sweet bonus...not one that I expect at all...just nice!! Lastly, they have got to be the only restaurant that delivers hot, fresh, crispy fries! Our kids usually have soggy fries when delivered & have come to expect that, but not Rosati's! Pasta is authentic & delish. We will def make them a regular spot for dinner!!
Attempted to order a pizza with my coupon that I received in my email I was told i was not a rewards member when I said yes I am here is my number but they still refused to accept it. The manager came on the line and continued to argue with me that I was not a rewards member became rude. I called back and said he was rude. He continued to argue with me then told me as far as he was concerned I can take my business elsewhere and hung up. I dont understand why I would receive an email with a coupon if I were not a member.
Amazing spaghetti and meat balls, amazing Italian beef. Great prices too! Friendly staff.
my first time ordering from here and it was my last gave me the wrong toppings only way they would fix it is if i brought back the pizza and waited for the new one im at work and wasn't able to bring it back
Normally preety good. Tonight. Garbage. No sauce. Over cooked.
Pizza and wings arrived less than room temperature. Ordered a chop salad asked to add pasta, can't do that. Asked to add cucumber they don't have that. Ok fine. Chopped salad comes with spinach and romaine lettuce they don't inform me it's just the stalk of the romaine and they are out of spinach I get the salad obviously call because it's wrong and the manager says maybe I can borrow spinach from next door but we're out I can just give you a credit. I will never order from them again
This is typically our favorite pizza place. But today I'm frustrated. I always get extra sauce on our pizza. I repeated it several times and she even repeated it back. But no extra sauce on the ticket and no extra sauce on the pizza. Waste of $22. Very disappointed.Rosatis has since made up for this mistake. They really are the best pizza in Rockford...I just like my pizza saucy ;)
