We arrived around 9:30 pm after a movie. The menu looked fantastic. The waitress arrived at our table and took our drink order promptly but our drinks took about 10 to come out. We asked if the grill was still open we were told the grill closed at 9:40 and it was then 9:45. We finished our drink and had to find someone to close out our tab. Or waitress finally helped us with this and we left. I was told this is an unusual experience. We probably won't try again.
Just flat outstanding food, GREAT staff, this one still serving the great food years and years later since I have been there last. I moved away for a few years and came back. Keep up the GREAT job Rascals!!!
Good food and great waitress. I'm a big eater, yet I still needed to take a doggy bag home as the portions were generous. I had the smothered chicken dinner, which was very tasty.
Kailee was our waitress and she was fabulous. It was our first time here. Nachos we’re huge and the burgers so juicy and tasty! We’ll be back!
I was there with a work party, good food. The servers we nice and our drinks were always refilled. Careful the front door on the right is super easy to pull, so it bangs off the building pretty hard.... makes ya wonder how many times the glass has been broken? ?♀️ all in all ??
Food was very good. Decent on tap beer selection.
Came in here thinking it would be a fun spot to get some food and finally see some friends I had not seen in 10+ years. Our server wasn't friendly and the food was ok.
Bulls game started @ 7pm. Asked for the game to be put on about 6:55. Asked four more times to three different staff members total. Channel was finally changed after more than half the game was already over. So about 90 minutes later. Asked for water three times with our drink orders. Drinks come, water doesn't. Even after reminding, it was still forgotten. Had to walk up to the bar
The atmosphere was great but the waitress sucked she didn't know what beer they had took her 15 mins to first come to our table and she brought the check before we were done. Twice. Not sure we'll go back
I try to be empathetic due to lack of staff with Covid, but our experience went beyond that. Went last night with a group of work friends. We all straggled in a different times and all got drinks shortly after arrival. However things really slowed down after that. Our waitress was stretched thin between 3 large parties. We ordered fries for an appetizer, they came out cold. We also ordered jalapeño poppers that never came out. They didn’t give us any plates or silverware for the appetizers, we had to find someone to get that for us. After about 20 minutes of waiting for more drinks, someone else came over to take our second round drink orders only because we went to the bar and asked for assistance. She took our drink orders but then had the waitress deliver it and she didn’t know what drink was what and there was a lot of confusion. We ordered food at 7:15 and didn’t get our food until 8:45. The waitress reached across our table and got her sleeve in my friends salad. No third round of drinks. Two of us didn’t get our food. The waitress came back to check on us and didn’t even realize two of us didn’t have food yet. They comped those meals but we didn’t get to eat with everyone else and didn’t get them until 9:15. Then my friend found a hair in her order. We waited forever for the checks and everything was screwed up. You could tell the waitress was overwhelmed, but what really bugged me is the management never came over to assist or correct the situation with us. And there were other workers there that clearly could have stepped up to help. It was insane. I don’t think I’ve ever had a worse experience. The food, once we got it, was decent.
