This store is very lazy in my opinion. I wouldn't even give them one star. I am a teacher at a middle school in Rockford, IL and was calling to order 14 pizzas. I waited until they opened today because I wanted to have an accurate list of students in school today as I am paying for the pizza party with my own money. The worker took my order and then transferred me to a person who was going to give me a discount. The woman told me they did not have drivers after reviewing my order. They had a delivery person when I ordered 10 pizzas but when I switched to 14 I guess the driver called in sick? I am very disappointed as all of my students wanted Papa Johns instead of other pizza companies. They lost business today and customers as none of us will ever order from Papa John's again. I gave my business to Pizza Hut. They gladly accepted the order with a discount. Papa John's, you lost a lot of loyal customers today due to laziness.

I tried calling to get a delivery order in. Every time I called the customer service line I was hung up on repeatedly. I called four times and was hung up on. Then I got through to someone at the store directly. When I spoke with her she was very rude about the situation and put me on hold instantly. Then when she got back on he was going to take my order but was rude and told her I would order it online and that this was the longest amount of time I have ever had to deal with to order a pizza. Customer service definitely needs to change when ordering. The delivery driver was extremely nice and my food was great thank you for that part.
No such thing as customer service anymore. They could care less if buy food from them or not.

Didn't even get what I orderd contacted website and no response. Orderd the shaqaroni and paid extra to add sausage that of course I never got but Noone wants to respond of course.
Absolutely disappointed this chain now uses a useless call center to outsource their phone orders. Routes to some folks that can barely speak English. I absolutely do not trust these call centers.
Can’t even order pizza. On 3 separate occasions the guy taking our order kept writing it down wrong. Then one of the times 2 different people gave the credit card number 8 times and he kept missing numbers. I’m all for people from other countries making it here in America. But why is this guys answering the phone if he can’t write down an order or credit card number he needs to do a different function within the company. If I have an employee that can’t perform certain tasks I change things so I can find one they can. We just decided to make burgers instead. I wonder how much business they lost because of this.

I didn't give a 1 star because the girl I spoke with was nice on the phone but we ordered our food and once we started eating I opened a sauce cup and it was molding and spelled horrible. The pizza seemed fine but the fresh ingredients or better ingredients must mean other stores.
