Seriously the worst service I have ever experienced. Pulled in at 5:20. Waited for 4-5 minutes before I had to say hello for them to tell me ‘order whenever you’re ready’ and the get to the window to pay and had to wait 3-4 more minutes. There were 2 cars in front of me and that was it. Get to the window to get my food and was told to pull up figured it was no big deal, I had ordered for myself and 4 kids. Except I waited for 25 minutes before anyone came out and the guy who came out had half of my order and was bleeding from his fingers. I had to give him my receipt to be able to get my order corrected. Another 10 minutes went by and a different person brought out my food. She was nice enough to switch out the half of the Oder that had been sitting getting cold in my car except I went to pull away and there was still missing food so I had to go inside. 45 minutes later I was able to leave with all of my items. Just ridiculous. No apologies. No offer to make it right outside of the replacement of 2 kids meals after sitting there getting cold.
So the last few months have not been ok. I love this location but y'all need to adjust what yall are doing they put 8 cheese burgers, a 20 piece nugget, 2 large fries, napkin's and 4 honey mustard in one bag. Y'all are upsetting people. This is what was left of my "food" kids are more mad then me. Not ok McDonald's. This would have been just a call. But y'all don't want to your phone. Not my fault 100 u.
It's usually good and fresh. Don't be nervous to ask for all fresh food. It's getting so expensive. So might as well truly enjoy it. And use the app
Food was cold and nuggets were hard..I called & they were willing to replace them, but I didn't go back. I was already to far away & they should have never served that food to anyone. This location wasn't busy and there's no excuse to serve cold food. Very disappointed!
We ordered a crispy chicken sandwich and the bun was burnt so badly it ruined the whole sandwich. The fries were cold and we didn't get our sauce for our chicken nuggets.
Consistently cold food and wrong order/missing items. One of my least favorite McDonald's in the area I would recommend driving down the street to any of the others

Food was hot,fresh, and good. Service was fast but... THE STINKIN MILK SHAKE MACHINE WAS DOWN . please fix the machine, it's always McDonald's that the machine is broken at!!!

This Mcdonald is one of the more clean one I've visited. They're usually fairly quick as well through the drive through. Never had a problem with this location unlike the other ones within the area. Definitely recommend this one if looking to get Mcdonalds.
