There was a bug in my food and when I called them the manager who was a dude was asking me what type of bug it was and how big it was, like it mattered, a bug is a bug. It was in my macaroni and cheese! I finally got a refund after fussing at the manager.
Food is amazing!Chicken, shrimp, sandwich, and tenders are all amazing! The right sauce and the right drink! Your set to have an amazing meal! And not to forget the desserts offered as well!Amazing! My official go to spot anytime!

Chicken was real tasty the honey butter biscuits are awesome. Liked the JoJo's mac and cheese was kind of blah. Mashed potatoes and gravy are decent. Prices are average for Rockford. A nice Change-Up and different option that wasn't so busy compared to going to Popeyes. I would definitely get it again.Went again got the tenders they were excellent.

The food is amazing and haven't had a problem. But today we had the most rudest employee yet. He messed up our order so we went back to get the rest. He got very aggressive towards my husband. Idk if he's having a bad day. But this is the worst customer service I've ever experienced.
first time trying , didn’t disappoint , tenders are very tender and juicy , chicken is nice and crispy , biscuits got almost like a sweet taste , recommended it !
