Jimmy John's is supposed to be freaky fast more like freaky SLOW!!! The subs are okay they're not even that good. I have been sitting here waiting for my meal (online order for delivery) for well over an hour, I called to see what's going on the gentleman that answered the phone was absolutely rude and told me my order was on the road I told him my tracker still only said order received at 12:20 p.m that's when he proceeded to tell me it was going to be at least another 30 mins. Otherwise he could cancel my order, here I am still sitting here waiting for my order. Crazy this is the second time for very slow delivery but today's delay is way to long I'll never order delivery from this Jimmy John's again I could have done been there back home ate lunch and cleaned up in the amount of time it took them to make one meal and deliver it 5 mins down the road!!!
I placed an order at this location at around 8pm, when they say they close at 10pm on their website. I waited for just about 50 minutes of wondering where my delivery was, before I called the store. I was informed that they had closed and I wasn’t receiving my order. The only way I would’ve found that information out was by calling. Otherwise I would’ve been sitting here, all night. Never trying this place again.
Your sandwiches are a lot better than Subways , in my opinion.
Seems like a crazy idea but try Sending your drivers with change. This is 2nd time I gave a 20 for under 15 dollar order and they either don't have change or I get a buck back. I got no problem tipping but seems like they're forcing it.
It was a very hard experience because my daughter fell down at the entrance. The staff hadn't cleaned the icy entrance. Overall, the sandwiches were good.
U got to spend cash for cold cuts. Not alot of variety.
This Jimmy John's seems well organized. I ate a Black n Blue Sandwich today and it is almost one of the best sandwiches I have ever ate!!! If you visit this Jimmy Johns, ask for Nicole and let her know Kim sent you there. Nicole has a sparkling upbeat personality and will do whatever position they need her for that day...from sandwich making, prep work, delivering food to your house, ringing up orders, etc.
Terrible experience. 23 minutes in the drive through. Freaky slow. Got the order wrong after asking me three times at the window and twice in front of the drive up microphone what I ordered. The dude forgot to ask me to pay, so I reminded him before I pulled away. How do you get the order wrong when two of the three sandwiches are the same (2 number 12s and a number 4)? Managed to somehow screw that up with some weird pink meat instead of turkey. These are just kids working there, so I don't hold them to all the blame. Ownership needs to step in. Too far to drive back, so going without dinner tonight.
