Issues with getting the correct order. I was given the wrong sandwich, not really a big deal- it happens, However, when I returned the sandwich for the correct one, the person at the window was rude, and condescending . She informed that she notified me about a change to my order; She most certainly did not. No accountability whatsoever on this persons part. The manager was understanding and very nice- but I will not be going back
I was excited to try the cake batter latte, which was just okay to me. I have never tried anything at Dunkin’ that blew me away, hoping to change that some day.
They never have what I want available when I go. Always out. Also, no cash payments for those that don't know.
Usually staff is a little bit more friendly. We went through the drive through today and we felt very rushed placing our order, even though there was no one else in line. Coffee tasted watered down. We were slightly disappointed with our visit this time around.
It seems it doesn't matter where I get my cream cheese bagel they make a mess with it

It now costs almost $5.00 for a donut and coffee. I'm not sure if it's the price of oil, labor, or taxes responsible. Not eating here will now be one less inflated expense to me.
They're supposed to be open until 7:00 p.m., we got there at 3:45 and we're refused service for any food items, they didn't have donuts, and we were told that they were closing early, so they had stop serving.This has been my worst experience with Dunkin ever.
Lengthy queue but quick service and order served was correct.
Dunkin's always good if you don't go to the one in Freeport. You'll sit in the drive thru forever
