Negative stars would be 100% appropriate for this place! I ordered food and without letting me know... they canceled the order. Didn't get an email or anything, found out when I was wondering were my food was 20 minutes after the delivery time. Tried calling them they answered and immediately hung up on me.
tried to order 2 pizzas last week...says you're open , no one was answering the phone..... called this weekend to try again. now the hours are 3:30 to 9. i called at 2pm and tried to order a pizza without knowing this. it's now almost 4 now and i have just waited 2 hours to try to place the order , i called to order a pizza because the online services weren't working properly to order 3 larges with my choice of toppings for the 12.99 coupon well you literally only have a meat selection of pepperoni and sausage and nothing else...cant even use alfredo sauce instead of tomato sauce...because? the company is out of stock I guess? what a joke. you just lost a regular customer since it seems you cant provide the service you advertise.
Please explain to me why it takes over 30 minutes to inspect a simple cheese pizza. Not only that when I called to speak to manager I got hung up on while explaining the situation. How disrespectful and is the WORST customer service ever. Will never order from here again and will be reporting
One manager working and he's running the entire store. My food was perfect. Very polite even when worn thin. Couldn't of been a better experience. Thank you!!
Ordered tonight. Delievery was okbut order was wrong. I called the store and they new it was wrong. Only thing is he didn't realize how wrong it was and his attitude was very rude. Like I was lying. I just spent 63.00 and I know what was ordered. I gave him the complete order again. He did send out another driverwith what was supposed to be the rest of the order and my change that the driver didn't have. Well the order was still missing a item and didn't get my change either.
If I could give negative stars, I would. We used to order all the time and would have great service. Over the last year, it has gone downhill fast. We have had our orders lost, delivered to our neighbors, and freezing cold. Tonight was the last straw. I ordered at 6:00pm. By 7 we still hadn’t gotten our pizza so I called to ask. They said they were busy (understandably) and that it would be another 20-30 minutes with delivery. I asked if I could pick it up. They said no problem and it would be ready in 10-15 minutes. I get there 20 minutes later to give leeway and they hadn’t even started making it. I wait another 15 minutes. They tell me it’s about to come out of the oven. Another 5 minutes and they say sorry someone must’ve taken it and given it to another guest. It’ll be 20 more minutes. Never using this location again.
On Oct 24 I waited for 1 hr 50 min to get a delivery. I live about a mile away. Tonight I had to wait for 12 1/2 minutes for them to answer the phone. Then I tried to order on the app, but it was disabled. So I went to the store and waited 30 min for my food. When I arrived at home I found I had the wrong wings. I went back, waited again for new wings, came home, and when I opened my pizza.... wrong toppings.... The service of this store has declined dramatically in the past couple months. Send a real manager here and stop having kids run the store.
Horrible service. Ordered pizza and an hour later when they said it would be ready... they hadn't even started it and told me I would have to wait another hour.
Pizza was good. Forgot my sauces so had to run back to the store. I do appreciate giving a free brownie for my troubles.
Love the garlic Parm sauce on pizza. Also the bread nuggets are awesome.
