I go to order and the woman on the speaker can't even speck English very well snd can't understand it either had to repeat a order 3 times and she still messed it up

I went to this location on Tuesday and the girl with the red sweater needs to have an attitude check. She was very rude. She decided to shove my ice cream at me and did not even clean off the cup that had ice cream all over it. She was also on her phone at the window when my food was ready to be handed out. I’m never coming back to this location again.
Hot fudge sundae had very little sauce. Staff disengaged. Will not return to this one again.
This is a super nice and super clean Dairy Queen! And it Seems like a very well maintained store.I don’t think speed is the biggest thing at this place. I think providing good quality food is the biggest thing for them. If I was the owner of this DQ I would be very proud of this place.
I have been coming here for about a month now. The girl in the white fluffy sweater is always such a darling. She always smiles when opening the window which you don't see nowadays usually you see additude or someone that is upset. I just wanted to compliment her and her customer service. But the reason why I'm writing is because everytime I order a meal it's always cold. I came here yesterday and the chicken was really cold. I think you guys need to do better on the food.
I went to the wrong dq I wanted to go to the one close to the mall, instead my gps took me to riverside . I got a Oreo blizzard and I regretted it. It was soft!!! Tasted like mc Donald’s ice cream!!!! I wasted my 4.60 cause I’m doing eating that to get yummy ache . Never going back
The Food is Ok, But the customer service is horrible. Make you don't want to even go in.
Hands-down the worst dairy queen I have ever been to I have been there three times and every time they have messed up my order update This is hands down the worst Dairy Queen establishment I have ever been to in my entire life it may even be the worst fast food service I have ever experienced hands down!!!! My meal was made wrong not once not twice but 3 separate times and I was told by the manager they would make good on it but when I got there they took my order and then only gave me the burger portion when originally I wanted my money back but I played ball and gave them the chance but they don’t even tell me that they are not going to honor my meal after their mistake for the 3rd time and promising me they would make it right. I left disgusted with this place I didn’t even want the burger this establishment should be Shut down until it can be staffed properly. I want my money back and to never ever even look in the same direction of this location
