Great service always, but the brown rice is perpetually undercooked and even the white rice is dry and crunchy and hurts my teeth. I have been happy one out of five times coming to this restaurant. Please fix the rice!
“Hello! , “Welcome!”, or “Good afternoon!” The handful of times that I have visited this new location, I receive a warm greeting. Even with face masks on, you can see the employees are sincere and they’re smiling as they welcome you. The employees care about their work and is evident by the Cleanliness and efficiency in their stations.. Tisha and Sam are standouts. Their customer service and pride in their work shines brightly.
You guys are ALWAYS shorting me in my orders. This chipotle location will straight up leave out parts of your order unless you are standing there watching them make it. They will ignore you when you stand at the counter because they’re working the drive thru. There have been MANY occasions where I have driven back after placing an online order and realizing that they didn’t put rice, corn, or any salsa or guacamole in my order. It would be fine if it happened only once but it is every single time.
Mari is great! She was taking care of some order when we walked in but still greeted us right away. She didn't slop everything in bowl, super friendly and fast service. Thanks Mari! You rock!
We've tried this location 3 times and wish this location wasn't added to our area. This location is the only option for delivery to our home. Poor quality, orders not made correctly, and long wait times. We love chipotle but this location does not possess the same standard as other locations.
Been here 2 times, always inside. The staff are friendly and the food is great. People complaining about the drive thru, just go inside, solve that issue. When you're not at the counter, they just do the company trained portions, just like every other restaurant. Go in, speak to a human and they hook you up.
Food was good and fresh, customer service was great. Not a fan of the price, everything cost extra. But the food was really good.
Have been here 3 times and employees do not say thank you or give any friendly parting words. This is rude, but I assume that this is the Chipotle way, since all employees are doing this. What kind of customer service is this?? When I asked a friend who goes here more often, he confirmed that they never say thank you. Also, bowls are not very full at this restaurant.
This location is ridiculous. First time having it the food was cold but figured I would give it another chance and when I decided to go back I waited almost an hour in the drive thru to pick up the food, definitely never coming back to this location.
I know their a new store but this was probably my worst chipotle experience, parking lot is to small, and there isnt a good option for parking oversized vehicles unless you want to cross a busy intersection on foot. The store layout is janky it trays to maximize room for a line to form (not that there parking lot would support a long line) and instead just forces people to stand on either end of the table you sit at, as there's only 4 tables.The food was small servings and was pretty bland overall, atleast they made a big deal about filling the guacamole, but it was the equivalent of flat soda. I'd say I'm never coming back but I'll probably give it another try in a couple of months, too see if the food atleast improves.Visited again a month later food quality improved, smaller sizes might be sign of the times didn't try the guacamole this time. Didn't dine in either all previous complaints still hold but atleast now it taste like chipotle.
