Took my grandaughters for an after school treat on 2-4-22. The dining area was the cleanest one I've ever taken them to. The 3:00 staff was absolutely wonderful.
Came here with my family today after a doctors appointment. Went inside and as we were looking at the menu we were directed to use the kiosk instead of going up to the counter. Not a problem. We use the kiosk to place our order, go sit down, go back to the car to grab a seat for my daughter, sit back down again and wait for our food (which takes a long time considering there is no one else inside). As we’re waiting a man comes in and stands at the counter to order, he waits probably 5 minutes while being ignored before someone decides to tell him he needs to use the kiosk. He attempts to use the kiosk but needs help. The woman who is working tells him he needs to use the kiosk or go to the drive thru. He tries to communicate with her what he needs, she again tells him kiosk or drive thru. He leaves, I assumed to go somewhere else because the people here are rude and telling someone at the counter to use a kiosk when you’re right there is ridiculous. After we witness this our food is ready so I go to grab it and she informs me that the dining room is closed and we need to leave…. What? So we grab our stuff and go sit in the car to eat with our toddler. Get to the car, we’re missing a drink and some of our food. As my husband is waiting for what they forgot to give us he witnesses the man come back into the dining room to eat the food he was told he had to purchase at the drive thru if he couldn’t use the kiosk, the woman also tells him the dining room is closed and he needs to leave. Are you kidding me? If the dining room is closed then lock the doors. This experience was ridiculous and I wish I would have looked at the reviews and just gone to Costco instead.
I have tried to give them numerous chances and everytime I have a bad experience. One time I went through and my potato things were still frozen. So I just tried them again and specifically asked for my potatoes to be well done (hoping they'd be fresh) nope still cold.
GO TO A DIFFERENT LOCATION! There is a reason for all the 1 star ratings. If there was a ZERO, I would have used that. This location has the most disrespectful staff, worst of all is the actual daytime manager. I should have paid attention to previous reviews. I recorded our conversation, after telling her I hit the record button of course, after she kept telling me if I could not come pick up what they left out of the order there was nothing she could do. We all know they write your name down so you can get at a time of convenience. Evidently not at the Stadium location. I know the workforce is suffering right now, but really? Whoever owns that location ought to be ashamed to have someone with that supposed manager’s lack of professionalism or at least any workplace etiquette. Will never get our business again.
Not the best...fries were barely warm and very salty. Staff was friendly. Seems very expensive for what you get. BK used to have great deals.

11:00am and they are out of coffee? Ridiculous. Inside dining is not an option, also ridiculous. Drive through only. The big fish sandwich is anything but big now. It's TINY. That's not this locations fault but it was still very poor value for the price.
Awful staff and stuff. Sat, Jul 31. Madam on drive through wasn't answering my answers. She was quite when I drove to the spot. She wasn't saying a word until I said "hi". After I asked a question she wasn't answering until I said hi again. I asked one more question about garlic bread. And she was.......... QUITE FREAKING AGAIN UNTIL I SAID "HI".Don't eat over here unless you want to lose some IQ. To the manager: buy here some nut bars for good brain work.
Lady taking orders at the drive through knows nothing about the menu. I asked the same question a couple of times which she simply didn’t answer. Spent about 20 minutes in the drive through line until I left because she was ignoring me.
Awful experience. The lady taking orders at about 1:20PM on July 31st was extremely weird. We came to the order station where she was quiet for 5 minutes until we said something. Then, we started asking questions which she simply ignored. We asked the same question 5 times and she just disappeared. We waited about 15 minutes for her response in line and then left.
