The hamburger was terrible the bun was cold they took the hamburger out of ugh Trey it wasn't flame-broiled probably cooked an hour late before it was just terrible I don't want to go back to this place again I like Burger King a lot but these people that work in a counter aren't making them fresh I rather eat at home instead of spending gas money to go get the hammer that then it is doesn't taste good it's just a joke Burger King on to get some new management in here get rid of these managers they have these people they can't even make the hamburgers fresh to joke better off eating dog food

Waited in the drive through for 5 minutes. No response from staff. When I arrived I saw someone in a bk uniform walk in so I know they are in there Everywhere says this location closes at 10pm and it's currently 9:31pm. Pathetic yet again from BK in the Rockford area. This is extremely disappointing.this is the second time within a week bk has provided awful service to me.

FOOD IS HORRIBLEIf you are in the area and looking for a snack travel down riverside a little farther and do not visit this Burger King. I've gave them a few opportunities to attempt to make it right and not once has the food been good.

Drive thru blocked by janky truck

Was charged for a fully loaded croissantwich buy received a sausage. Cleanliness is pretty good on the outside.

Very slow service everytime I come here. Today I was the only one in line and had to wait 7 minutes just to order my food. And then another 10 minutes to get my food at the window. Again I was the only one in line. The worker was also very rude when speaking.

Terrible, 3rd time in a row. I’ve been waiting 10 mins in drive thru just to pull up to windows to see employees talking in the back not taking orders. There was 7 cars in line after me. All left. Never again will I go here.

Placed a mobile order, the lobby was closed at 545pm but says it's open, waited 30 min in the drive-thru to be told they don't have my order and to come back tomorrow! Was then told by the complaint line that the store cancelled my order and refunded me?!! Which by the way takes 2-5 days to get your money back. What a joke. Actually said there is nothing she can do for me with my paid receipt, nothing like giving a customer what they paid for!!

Always a long wait in the drive thru. Employees often have their masks pulled down off their faces. Would not recommend.

By far the worst customer service I have ever personally had. It’s hard to be polite when the cashier is just not even responsive and annoyed by the costumers and the long line at 8 pm.
