Came here for an early dinner, from the second we get inside it's a bad experience. The floors were dirty, and looks like they aren't quite sure what a vacuum is. Head to the bathroom, the stall lock is a zip tie...Get back to my table and try to give them a chance and not be so pessimistic. The menus were sticky and covered in gunk, soda was flat and tasted watered down. Server comes out with our appetizer plates.. wow.. old food stuck on one plate and grease all over the other. We politely let our server know that we will be leaving and showed them the plates. They did not care at all and said "alright see ya"Completely unprofessional, I would never recommend this place to anyone.
Terrible. I went twice this month and it was terrible. I'm sorry but no. My prime was cold. Waitress was terrible both visits. The hostess who is in the military helped us like she was my waitress on my last visit. She was very polite. She was what made the visit bearable. She was great. She needs a raise. All the rest is a no. Too bad it's not the same.
I called on a Thursday to see if they would accommodate a party of 12 on Friday night. The staff member who answered the phone said it shouldn't be a problem but since they don't take reservations to call back around 1pm on Friday to confirm. When I called back Friday around 1:15pm the gentleman who answered the phone told be there was absolutely no way they would allow a party of 12 on a Friday unless we came before 5 or after 730, which is extremely difficult when people have jobs and children and we should just find a different restaurant because they would prefer we just didn't come, period. Luckily we were able to find a new place that was more than welcoming last minute but needless to say, 4 different family units were involved in this last minute change in the plan. I was shocked at how rude the gentleman was on the phone and don't think we will be returning for quite some time.
Good is airways good here, had a real bad experience last Friday night. Our waitress was unfriendly and didn't get back to our table but once the entire time we waited for our food. 45 minutes to get fish during there Friday night fish fry? Love this place and have been going here since I was a kid. We had 2 peices of fish left for 3 people that ordered the fish fry and were told that we couldn't take them home. Terrible service the night of 03/18/22 about 730 pm.
It's a Awesome place to have fun and eat delicious food and it's very very fresh and I really enjoy myself with my church family there to have Lunch and the service was splendid. They done a Great Job and it is worth every cent. Trust and Believe.
Used to work at this place. Owner is a nice and generous guy, the staff are aeful. Everyone in the kitchen constantly argues and it reflects poorly on the restaurant. Definitely one of the most toxic places I have ever worked. The servers were sleeping with each other and some even bragged about sleeping with customers. Everyone was always on their phone during work and only two of the cooks were decent people. The food is RIDICULOUSLY overpriced for the quality you are getting. The French Onion soup was a travesty, the onion rings are sloppy and the steaks are rarely, if ever, cooked to the customers' requests. The salads are thrown together in a haphazardly fashion and no one cares if food is sent out on time. Wouldnt ever work there again, would never eat there.
Waitress was unkind and unfriendly. Got our drink order wrong and took 3 times and 3 people to get it right. We were laughed at 2 times by 2 different people in the process of getting the drink right. Spinach and Artichoke dip was the worst I have ever tasted. No flavor. The chips were stale. The fish was pretty good as well as the baked potato and broccoli I had. Probably won't be back.

Food was delicious and service was top notch ! I ate the hickory chicken and it was cooked to perfection and the home fries are delicious ! Come hungry !
Just ordered 2 10oz New York strips and asked for them to be medium rare and they were closer to well done. Did NOT enjoy my meal and I spent almost 50 dollars and I was very disappointed. This isn’t the first time they’ve made this mistake before either I will not suggest this place to anybody.. very disappointed
