Manager hung up on me when I specifically asked to have extra, extra, Extra onions on a sandwich and I recieved two actual very thin ring of onion on sandwich. Upon calling Manager Ron/Rob could not hear him he was loud angry at me and said he was busy and hung up phone cal. Very rude and should not be a cheap manager should not hold a position in customer service restaurant field. Very angry and my actual employees and business will not come back to this location. Note we spent $40 in food this one time and normally come once a week, but never again. NEVER. No response back can be needed for this action. Shrugging shoulders or stating your sorry or you don’t care is not a response.All that could have been done is give the customer a bunch of onion and if you didn’t understand or was unsure ask the customer here is a side but do you need more and then do so or take care customer period. No debate or attitude needed. WHY? I even stated I will pay for more. That should have been case closed and give customer what he wanted but no.Horrible work ethic at its best, but he wants $15 or more to get paid and acts like a utter, “ DOLT,” I’m stating this very nicely. So angry on cheap lazy people..
The self serve containers seemed like they were out. The tables could have used a better cleaning. Friendly staff good food
I have been getting Arby's shakes for a while now and never once was there an issue for my ice cream to be remade. Due to them always producing chocolate milk. I ordered a chocolate shake and it came out chocolate milk. The person states that they can't fix it or change it but I know that's not the case because again I have come there many times. Besides the male specie being abrupt the food is fresh.Not a place to go for ice cream. It has always been a hit or miss.
Poor service, worker dropped one of my jalapeño poppers in front of me and put the rest in the bag and proceeded to hand me the bag without fulfilling the order. Did notice good service bell is getting dusty. Poor thing.
I never ever have any problems with Arby's always fast hot and they always have good deals can't be the two for $6!
Need more restaurants to give more Veterans discounts put out more coupons maybe given away at restaurant itself in stead of newspaper save money get same results food always good I'm an Arbys fan why did we give up on the potatoe wedges big mistake snoman

I normally don't make rate or comment but I received the grossest salad ever from this location. The lettuce was brown and slimy. The chicken was also unappetizing. I just threw it straight into the garbage. Never will I get a salad from an Arby's.
I like their curly fries and cheese sticks and haven't tried anything else.
