We ate dinner on 8/1 just b4 6PM. We ordered the #7 2 drinks (not a problem, self serve 2 fries hot so okay, but the 10 sliders were ordered with Xtra pickle. We each had a slider first and it was so dry like it was sitting on the grill all afternoon, the onions were almost back to the dehydrated form, and difficult to see any. Xtra pickle was 2 pickle slices, not enough. The burgers were burnt on the edges. Last time for that location for a while.
Not as bad as most places. We pulled over. Completed the online order. Went to pickup coffee down the street and within 20 min pulled up to the drive thru and was provided with our order. Small wait via drive thru but overall great experience. Thank you staff!
Nobody inside two girls working I stood there for ten minutes waiting for them to acknowledge me and it never happened. Pretty terrible service.
The service was terrible! I was in line for 30 minutes. I definitely think they need to work on delivering the food to the customers within 3 minutes. The cashier apologized so that was nice. I dont stop there except two times a year.
White castle is the best I enjoyed all my burgers, and my fries it’s always a great experience here because in San Antonio we don’t have a White Castle! They have them all over Chicago Illinois. The best.
Literally probably the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. They will literally watch you stand at the counter waiting for help for 5 minutes and not even say hello. Like I get it you’re doing your job but serving customers is your job. I shouldn’t have to wait 10 plus minutes before I even get a hello. Y’all really need to step up your game and go back to training and start saying hello at least before you continue to ignore them.
I'm putting 5 ⭐ for the effort the young woman last week attempted to give despite how busy they were. The drive thru can have 2 cars and I spent my entire lunch break only to have ordered having to drive off to work right down the road. It's extremely disappointing to drive a few blocks, 2 cars in the drive thru, the young man not care with a, ' yeah... Is that all?' vs a positive moral. It's not the young man's fault or the nice lady's fault it's poor support. And please, get your shake machine fixed... 5 weeks out of shakes.
Terrible burgers they where cold didn't taste right. I should have went back down the street and ask for a refund
I tried the loaded e fries and thought they were delicious. Loved the blend of ranch and cheese. I also tried the chicken with waffles and I was surprised how much I enjoyed it. It was not easy to find the way into the parking lot but there is plenty of parking. The sweet tea was mediocre. I haven't been in a White Castle for over a decade but I would possibly go back again.
This amazing Chicago classic never disappoints! Food is great and something I must have every once in awhile. Try the rings they are great!
