Idk what in the F the lady’s name is who was working the drive thru window yesterday-JUNE 30th 2022 at around 3:30p but she needs a new profession with that UG-LY AZZ attitude. If you don’t like working in customer service MS. find yourself a new job! The last thing anyone needs is to deal with a P/Od cashier. Especially picking up coffee on the way to work! Goodbye
The management on-site this morning was horrible. There was no line and I let them know ahead of time the order would be long. I don’t know what her issue was this morning be at home or work but Her attitude was uncalled for being that she works in the service industry. Spent $60 to be belittled and treated like I was asking for free food.
Its always nice in here. Earlier the people at Starbucks were not as friendly as the new staff is now.
Their baristas are so well trained they’ve never messed up my order.

Ordered a flat white, but the drink was nothing other than a classic caffe latte. Some baristas unfortunately don’t know the difference. Didn’t bother to ask them to redo it, because not worth the time. I think more training is needed. Thank you,
Inside is closed possibly due to staffing issues. went back later through the drive through and staff was kind enough to still honor and remake my order i couldnt pick up inside earlier which I appreciate.
I think it goes without saying that for a chain, it's hard to top Starbucks in both quality of product and quality of service. I disremember this specific Sbux, but it's always been my general belief that the baristas are very efficient and courteous whenever one is at a Starbucks. Also, it's Pumpkin Cream Coldbrew season.

They were busy, and really taking care of their guests. Our sandwiches were fresh and piping hot as were our coffees. My daughter and I had a lovely breakfast. Thank you
