Ordered from the app at 5:30Got here 5:45, front door locked, no reply in the speaker. Had to wait until 6:00 when they actually open (Hours posted online are incorrect) and the girls working the open shift were not very friendly or happy. I had a 4 star review on this location from 4 years ago when I used to frequent this location more often and I just deleted it to write this one. You would think a company so big would have their hours figured out without incident.
Avoid this Lombard location at all costs.Addison/Elmhurst/Wood Dale are much better

Love this Location! Wally at the Drive-thru window is very friendly and always with a smile! Drinks are always on point and made correctly.
Overpriced. We were very disappointed. We had a gift card and decided to try it. We ordered breakfast sandwiches and a Danish. We did not order beverages because we don't like their coffee and the others are too expensive, even with a gift card. 2 breakfast sandwiches and a Danish for almost $12. The sandwiches were premade and just heated for us.
Worst Starbucks constantly mess up my mobile order try to give me the wrong drink when i say something they never fill my $6.00 nitro to the top avoid at all cost !
I’ve come to this starbucks time and time again and they can never seem to make a proper drink. The drinks are never prepared well nor do they follow instructions. I asked for extra cookie crumble and received my frapp with less crumble. They need to have a frappe intensive or something.
I am traveling out of town And need efficiency with Starbucks like I get in Austin Texas. Unfortunately that didn’t happen today. The store front is closed and they still make you wait in the drive-through line.To make matters worse once I finally got to the window the two employees were giggling and laughing and extremely passive aggressive saying things like have a great day with her toxic positivity. No apologies for the wait at all. Stay away from the store especially if you’re someone who orders online. I’m disgusted Starbucks. Do better
Main lobby closed and order ahead allowed..line wrapped around building. I order ahead to avoid the lines. Waste of money
Terrible service. Clueless workers. They couldn't even tell me what holiday beverages they have.
