The young lady that helped us this evening the drive thru was GREAT. Our Dragon ? drinks were delicious.

A really great location. Never had a bad experience and service and attitude has always been pleasant and great. Im not up on their coffee as most but its certainly good, wife really likes it a lot, and those cake pops are great for the little ones. A wonderful location to visit.
Hadn't been here since the remodel but I was in the area and stopped in. Evidently the people ahead of me had a very complicated order but the staff got them through as quickly as they could and my drink was hot and ready to go. Very friendly on the order taking and delivery.

The people who work here are so nice, but the coffee is always less than satisfactory. It tastes watered down and my order is frequently incorrect. Today I paid extra for 2 shots of espresso, but there was no espresso in my drink. This location is also out of stock of many of the items so often. Spend a few extra minutes to drive to the Starbucks at Mariano’s. This one is so much worse.

Waited in drive-thru for 12 minutes to place my order for box of cranberry bliss bars, then 6 more minutes to get to window, only to be told they didn't have the bars!???Think I'll avoid this location even tho I frequent hobby lobby and fruitful yield.
Awesome employee's, broke down blocking the drive thru. Josh came out and helped me by providing some tools so I could disconnect my battery and reset my car so I could put the car in neutral. Saved the day. Thanks Josh.
Fern is amazing!!!I have been here every afternoon for the past 2 weeks. I have seen Fern here everyday. Fern you're doing an impeccable job! I believe that they should be corporate! They are a hard worker and deserve a raise! I'm just curious, if Fern is the new general manager?
