The young lady that helped me this morning (6/12) was incredibly kind. She had another customer (who I believe was intoxicated) yelling at her calling her rude names because she refused to get him items for free. There’s absolutely no excuse for people to treat service staff this way, she did a great job and handled it well. I wish there were more kind people in the world.
Never been to one of these before so I don't have much of a frame of reference. That as it is, this place was very fast!! Mozzarella sticks were perfect. Fries were a little soggy but that's how I like them so it didn't bother me. Foot long Chilli cheese dog rivaled portillos. Burger was mediocre. The biggest disappointment was that they were out of onion rings. All in all I was satisfied by the food and pleased with the price
Food was good, the kids and grownup enjoyed. They got the order right and it was out in a few minutes.1 star off because the person taking our order in the car port area couldn't hear us no matter how loud we yelled and also the giant screen outside is a bit awkward to reach out the car window and make a payment. They need to relocate where the credit card slot is located for easier reach.
Fast and friendly service. Person taking the order was super clear through the speaker. Hot, tasty food that you would expect from this type of place. Clean restrooms and lots of accessible garbage cans.
Sonic is like high-tier cafeteria food, so you don't really expect much from it anyway. It's a good place to go if you just want some greasy food but I will say that the pretzel stick thing is the best thing I've eaten. Literally just tastes like butter and melts in your mouth. Staff was super nice and got my order done quickly, as I went through the drive through.
I came through the drive through ordered a rt 44 slushee with nerds I’m not terribly excited only for the fact that whoever made it, made it wrong. Every single nerd that was supposed to be mixed was all at the bottom like it was added first when it should be last and when they handed it to me the first time I looked and it’s not mixed at all I was able to see white ice instead of blue through the entire thing
It was fast, ATM wasn't working on the display so the employees needed to take the card
The food & service was excellent. I tried the new patty melt & it didn't disappoint. My daughter and I enjoyed the experience.
We've had good experiences, but the last time we went, the waitress was a little rude, the food came crumpled, and the order was wrong.
Good came out in 10 minutes which I count as fast for a meal for four people. And of course it was delicious.
