Food was good. Took a little bit to get it but it understandable in this aftermath of covid. Waiter was very nice
I've had this place on my list for so long and now I know I don't need to go again. Hostess couldn't find our reservation but there were no seated parties. There was loud music, kitchen noise and that's with an empty restaurant. The confusing menu is misleading but most disappointing was that my friend got her food 15 minutes before any of my food arrived. I asked 3 people to be served, then it all came at once. I had to send one thing back as the menu indicated it was cooked, but it was not. IN the end my salmon teriyaki bowl was quite good. But it was spoiled by my friend needing to sit and watch me eat as she had been finished for so long. The server tried to explain that this is the way they do it. But it is unacceptable. Why not ask the diners what order they want their food delivered? Many places do. But th eworst part for me was the automated machine they bring for payment will only accept high tips. There are choices for tips too high for the service I received and each time I selected custom amount, it crashed the whole thing. The server said he would stand there until I completed it and watch me. I gave him a cash tip. All the mis steps were unnecessary. Sorry, but no.
I wish I could rate it a ZERO. My husband and I walked in got seated and were very Disgusted at how DIRTY the restaurant was. I got up to wash my hands and the bathroom was horrendous. Lastly after being served our water in dirty glasses we got up and left. Didnât eat or anything. Just got up and walked out. Management should be ashamed at theirselves. Thatâs why it was dead in there. I wonder how they are still open.

Lobster spring roll didnât have any lobster taste. Tasted more cream cheese than lobster Rackin RA sushi - the shrimp was over fried. Too crispy Service was slow. Only 2 servers for 10+ tables. Then they want you to pay 18% tip minimum.

Birthday was amazing
Server was pleasant and the drinks were great ð. I've been here multiple times and I've always had a great experience. Definitely a place I love to bring my friends and family to
