Ordered from this location ( granted i didn't get to choose, doordash automatically does it based on where you live) through door dash and all I ordered was a shake, Chips, an Italian sandwich and a meatball sub and it came WITHOUT meatball sub $8 for a sandwich and not only that took 45 mins to deliver 2 sandwiches a drink and chips, ridiculous. And it's not the fault of door dash the sandwich wasn't in there or that they took that long to get it ready. Extremely frustrating! Not to mention I just tried to call 5 times and no answer !!
This location closes before its closing time. This has happened on four separate occasions meaning they have stolen close to $80.00 from us. We order online, the app takes our money and they're closed. Haven't seen a penny of a refund for food we never received. DO NOT GO HERE DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. We'll never be so gullible in believing we'll actually get our food from there again.
Always a good spot to get a tasty and toasty sub. Great options, and sandwiches are easy to customize. They also have the best Mac and cheese of any chain establishment. Recommended.
The service staff is doing a great job, however there should be a designated individual cleaning. Floors, and tables are very dirty.
Super awesome food, cheap/affordable price, and online order-in store pickup is convenient and worry-free.
Asked for no tomato and no avocado, that was printed on the to go order receipt as well, when i opened it at my office i threw it out as it was slathered in extra avocado and a ridiculous amount of tomatos
I go to this Potbelly at least once per week. Potbelly has my favorite quick service sub, which is their Avo Turkey. If their cookies are fresh, they're also some of the best around, particularly the chocolate brownie cookie. This location has had some staffing issues recently but I mean, it's a pandemic, so it's understandable. It hasn't negatively impacted my weekly experience much.
I had 3 skinny sandwiches because I live too far to come back too soon and I couldn't make up my mind what I wanted. Very nice selection.
We ordered a large order for delivery for an office for the execs and higher ups. 30 mins after it was supposed to arrive and no answer by phone we went in. The guy automatically started arguing with us, we asked him why he is arguing we are there to pick it up, and turns out they had it ready but I guess weren't going to deliver it. Never again. Should have read all the other similar reviews.
Selection& service is good. To earn 5 off 5, potbelly needs to lower salt level in food.
