Love that Chicken at Popeyes my favorite place to eat in the world I love Popeyes no one makes chicken like Popeyes my kids love there Mac and cheese and them mashed potatoes are to die for I love you Popeyes your doing a great job !!!! Especially the one on Roosevelt road there in Lombard I'm addicted like a crack head but addicted to there chicken thighs and mashed potatoes and then buns are the best that's my drugs of choice I'm addicted to Popeyes chicken!!! Love that Chicken from Popeyes!!!!!
This is an awesome Popeyes. The chicken was very fresh and these were the biggest pieces I've had from a Popeyes. Overall great experience. Very satisfied
Ordered 1 8 piece dinner. Charged for 2. Received one which is fine. Yet.my bank acct was charged for 2. SO now I have to wait for Popeyes to rectify this erroneous charge. Also chicken seemed old not like others.i have ordered. Also got cold, limp fries which I never ordered. Guess I will cross Popeyes off my list!
Didn't get the order correct twice. They don't understand English. When you tell them Not Spicy that means Not Spicy. Had to get the flounder sandwich twice waited over 30 minutes for them to actually get me a Classic made. By that time everything else I ordered was cold. Not happy.
Once there was one of my best friends we've been working all day and we stopped and got lunch The staff was great We ordered food spent a lot of money and you had to buy the drinks we didn't know that but the worker or staff offered the drinks to us for free that was very nice of him and I will be there to spend more money because I was treated so well and the food was hot and good

Love the food, however, I have yet been able to get what I order! I ordered a 2 pc with mash potatoes and received fries! Along with that order I ordered a 4 pc with Beans and rice and received fries! I knew I should have checked the order before leaving the restaurant! ALWAYS CHECK YOUR ORDER AT THIS POPEYES!!
The evening manager is a jerk and has the most horrible customer service.. Won’t be back, extremely uncomfortable with someone like that servicing me!!!! Only because my mother wanted this garbage.
It just amazes me how rude counter staff is at fast food resturants. At 3rd restaurant now in 15 mins that either they are out of food items, are just plain rude or best yet just ignore you while waiting to place order to either play on their phones.Popeyes is no different. All items I ordered were a 5 min wait, but it was the rude attitude of the counter clerk. No apologies for the delay just " you gonna wait 5 mins for that" and when you agree she again in a condescending tone so " you wait 5 mins" with a sigh.I guess this associate is having a bad day. Her attitude is very evident of that.
