Every time I come here they have a new procedure in place. Fine, no big deal, but at least don't be rude to the customers when they don't know where to go. Today I placed a take out order. I got a call from this place saying they didn't have any veggie rolls and the lady basically announced she would give me crab rangoons instead, without asking if that's okay. I told her I cannot eat those and to just give me a refund, to which she responded "I can't do that but I can write your name down and next time you come in we will give you the veggie rolls". That was the dumbest thing I have ever heard. The food is mediocre at best and the rudeness of the employees is not worth the hassle to come here. Plus their whole vibe is rude. The manager is extremely rude over the phone if you ask a question, the staff is always yelling at you, and last time I went (since that was the only thing I could stomach), they had closed off the bathroom area so some guy could sit on a computer and pick his nose. ??♀️

Lady refused to open the door until 10:35 AM, even after I knocked multiple times. Went inside to order and I was told the food wouldn’t be ready for 30 minutes! Ridiculous.Never coming back here again.
I wish I could leave less than one star. I have my own opinion on masks which led to a small confrontstion with the staff. I wanted to eat so I went to my car and got a mask. When I returned the situation escalated and the person behind the counter had a terrible attitude problem the entire time they were preparing my order. After paying for my meal I informed the young man that I stayed and completed my order because I was starving but would very likely not return and he said "Don't worry we don't care." That's fine they don't have to care. However, if they don't care about me as a customer this location doesn't deserve my business. I'm speaking only about this location not panda express as a company I enjoy their food for what it is and eat a lot of it. All of that said I will never ever again visit this location and deal with their rude staff again.
This Panda is okay.... It is usually a hit and miss.. last time I went everything was so hard . Couldn't even chew the food... Had to toss it in trash... Bummer...
