First time visit and this won't be our last. Excellent place. Our server Daniel was very attentive and helpful. The food was delivered from the kitchen hot and well prepared. The Nashville Hot was proper. Not a fan of the upcharge on the tall beer. The value for the offering is very good.
Huge facility with friendly staff and very tasty food. Plenty of TVs to catch a game or chill out with friends. Decent amount of beer selections but could be more for an ale house.
Maybe because it was late at night and one of the only to go order on a Sunday but Service was great food was fast but the quality is definitely not there. It’s missing authenticity the guacamole was poorly made the chicken in the nachos was cold and seems like frozen shredded Fajita meat you would get from the food pantry. The only thing warm about the nachos was the cheese. I guess I would have to try again during busier hours
the customer service would be the first thing it took a while for the bartender to even speak... then she took my order after waiting 20 mins to get her attention.... I order wings and a side of fries and a lemonade. the lemonade was out and tasted bad... I had to flag her down again another 10 mins.. the food finally came to find out I was waiting this long for some Cole wings... I had to flag her down again for the experience and the food... she asked me If I wanted a replacement or the two wings I've eaten. then asked me if I wanted to take them home to warm them up for later. if I got take them home I would of cooked at home.. what type of suggestion was that.. I then went to manager told him about the experience.. he took the wings of then said it was a very busy day there was just a wedding there... I said ok does that mean we have to suffer because it... very bad service I will not be going back
I have been to 4 different locations in 3 different states and it is always great. The food is the best! The people are wonderful. It is truly a great place to go with your family and get an amazing meal and relax. I love it every time my family takes me there. It is my favorite place to eat.
My family and I were at this particular restaurant a family of 8, 3 adults the rest were children under 10.. we were denied services. We were told that the restaurant was full to its capacity (it was over 50 available seats) and they weren’t allowing anyone else in because they only had one waitress. Prior to speaking with the waitress it was a family of 6-7 Caucasian people who were allowed in and seated.. completely different service for them.. they were treated with respect and were seated in a timely manner.. (less than 5 minutes) I cannot believe this happened to us!! I’m disgusted and I’ll never go to this restaurant again!
Drinks, food and service were all great. Nice place to meet a group of friends and be able to enjoy a nice visit. Highly recommended.
this place is a joke. went there with my friends for a UFC night on Saturday. 6 people, all of us got food and a cocktail. then we wanted to do some shots, but bartender cut us off after 4th round of shots. our server said the bartender won't give us any more drinks because we drink too fast..what the actual hell??!! how much time do you need to drink a shot? we asked to speak with the manager..manager told us the same thing as our server..we asked if we looked drunk or were causing any problems, he said "no but I trust my bartender" WHAT??!! the bartender never even saw us or talked to us..so we left, very upset..I feel bad for our server Karen because we didn't leave any tips and our bills combined were about 600$, so she lost a lot of money that night..never visiting any other Miller's Ale House thanks to this experience
Came last night with some coworkers. My beer was crisp and tasty, and my burger was juicy and cooked to perfection! The fries were excellent, also. The cheese curds were also yummy. We'll probably be back!
We didnt have good service, our waitress gave us sticky glass and pitcher. The staff came to our table 3 times with other peoples orders and tried to give our order to the table next to us. When i got my order i had three big lettuce core pieces and the waitresses nails were long and close to the food witch made me and my fiance uncomfortable as she handed the plate to her.
