The drive-thru was closed, but it allowed me to go inside and have a quick bite before my commute. Facility was clean, service was quick, and food was fine.
Worst service! The girl at the register had a bad attitude when taking my order. When I asked for a receipt for my purchase. She said they were out of receipt paper. Why do I not get a receipt? Then, I witnessed an elderly lady ask an employee behind the counter if he could help her with the McDonald's app on her phone. She wanted to get the deal. He was very rude, no patience and rushed her. I have never been to this location and will NEVER COME BACK. I hope the district manager sees this comment.
Wish I didn't have to say this.. but I went to this McDonald's twice and got the same service both times.. early morning I go to McDonald's, pull in the drive thru and wait 2 to 3 minutes with no one attentive and "after" I say hello I'm told to wait until they're ready.. another 2 to 3 minutes go by and nothing.. I'm here almost 8 or 9 minutes and they still haven't even taken my order.. I literally just wanted something to drink..Come on guys.. this is McDonald's.. the fast food king of the world and I get ignored both times I go there?? Not a coincidence.. been to multiple McDonald's and have never been treated like this.I will not ever go back to this McDonald's.. serious issues here..
I stopped for take-out and by the time I was about to pay everything was done and ready to go. The lady who helped me was very nice. This is the best McDonald’s I've been to. It's clean, very well decorated, fast, and most of all the staff is friendly and helpful. They bring the good to your table. Drive thru is consistent with speed & accuracy. Employees are efficient, courteous and accommodating to individuals with disabilities. I watched one worker unpack and unwrap all the food for a customer with disabilities. I'm so impressed with the place I'm writing a review, which I rarely ever do. I recommend this location to anyone, even if you're passing by.
Ok so I had issues ordering through the McDonald’s app. I called the customer service and they resolved the issue as well as gave me a free meal. I would like to give them 5 stars because they went above and beyond my expectations. Therefore, I would like to thank McDonald’s for your best customer service. I give them an A+.
I was there this evening and the employee was frustrated when taking order. I didn’t get upset the wait was 16 minutes I didn’t get upset. I got to the window and the gentleman explained that he was the only employee there. He is receiving a 5 star from me because no matter how difficult the task was this evening he didn’t give up or quit! It’s ok to exercise GRACE because I’m sure a lot of us would not be able to run the drive through, the kitchen etc all alone. KUDDOS to him!
I had to come back to complete my order 3 timesI’ve spoke to the manager in person to get my 12 chicken nuggets and she gave me 6 piecesIt was ridiculous serviceI felt bad for the people working there!
The manager is always so rude to my family everytime we go always has a sarcastic attitude and never gets my order right. I ordered sauce and they forgot to give it to us so we asked the for our sauces and he told us we had to order them and be on our receipt when in fact they were ..he also said we couldnt order extra sauces because it irritated him and he didnt get paid enough to be worried about us wanting extra sauces
Horrible service. None of the workers care one bit, the girl at the counter took over 10 minutes to get the lady's order in front of me right for a coffee and no egg on one sandwich, which really confused the worker. Then it was my time to order, bacon egg and cheese bagel. She had everything from mcgriddle to sausage biscuit on the screen. I had to repeat myself at least 8 times. For a drink I wanted a fountain drink she gave me a coffee cup, tried asking for a normal drink cup but no one would even look at me. Finally to top it off the sandwich had one piece of bacon cut in half which I was told is their policy to only use one piece and cut it in half. Unless that's very new I've never seen it. Horrible products, horrible service.
Ordered a buttermilk crispy chicken sandwich. Normally these are worth the price. 4-3-2022, this time it was smaller then a mc chicken. They must be trying to make up revenue with this pathetic sandwich i got.
