Food was extremely dry. Enchiladas only had meat/chicken in them that's it. No beans or cheese on the inside or outside. They literally took a taco shell and rolled up the chicken then put red sauce on top. She'll wasn't cooked. Red sauce and meat! Rice was stiff and beans were dry, they put sour cream on the lettuce and tomato which was on the side of the enchiladas. Lack of flavor. Didn't even finish, threw it out. First bite tasted sweet. YuckReview#2Beans normally come in the inside of an enchilada. In all my years I've never had to ask how a food is prepared at a typical fast food store front establishment. At star Hispanic "restaurants" where food is made fresh Daily, for example Federales downtown Chicago, Fire it Up, Aurora, etc. You never have to ask how something is prepared, you order they make. Enchiladas have beans on inside, not as a side item to clarify AR. The Order was through Uber Eats, I typically don't ask to speak to management on places I don't intend on returning, however thanks for your overdue response, customer service comes first I see, no humbleness whatsoever....stay safe
I’ve gone here a few times and the last few times I’ve noticed my bill has been super high for like 3 tacos and a burrito. Well I came today and noticed that it was a lot for the food. Asked for my ITEMIZED recite since he only gave me the recite that showed the total and the dude was hesitate to give it to me then proceeded to rip off the top portion of the recite because that was were he added extra stuff and over charged me by $15!!!!! THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME. I went back and he was super guilty and said it was an accident yeah right lol and to top it off he said he was the owner SUPER SHIESTY GUY. make sure you check your recite the dude is over charging more people 100%. Will never go back. What a shame the owner is stealing from the people keeping his business alive. Does this look like $36 worth? Lol effff that place!
I was at this location a few days ago and they have the best food in the area in my opinion. I ordered the chicken taco dinner with rice and beans. I have gone to others in the area and there chicken was very dry and rice was overcooked. There was a good mix of all ingredients. The rice was not overcooked. The beans were just the way it should be and the quantity was superb. The server I had was excellent as well. He was very upbeat and attentive to my requests without any issues. I would highly recommend to stop by and try out what they have. I know I will be returning whenever I am in the area!!!
This is my first time coming here, and I am not disappointed. Yes I used a double negative. This place is delicious and wonderful. They're bilingual and take the customer's interest into account when taking the order. I will most definitely be coming back to this location, i hope others will too. Why not a 5 star? I would give partial stars if applicable, would've been 4.7. My partner suggested that they give limes with their tacos instead of the customer asking for them. That's all I have to say, it's great! It's clean, and taste authentic .
Food was amazing! There are a lot of places popping up but not many have good flavor. This place has all the flavor! This is our new go to from now on!
Had a wonderful mango margarita this past Sunday afternoon while waiting for my takeout. Awesome takeout- food was fresh and exactly how we ordered. Great for a Sunday in binge watching Netflix. Nice, friendly, family run business. :)
Great authentic Mexican cuisine.. served with care... definitely a great place. You can’t be disappointed!!
I have eaten at many of their locations and I have always loved their tacos. This one was a disappointment. For starters, at noon when I walked in the waitress was having shots with customers. My waiter was friendly and prompt. He quickly took my order. I asked for my usual 3 tacos de suadero. This was not suadero. The tortillas were excellent hot and delicious but the meat was not suadero. It was stringing and super soft. I asked about the consistency but the waitress blew me off. She was definitely drunk. Never going back to this location.
Meat was dry, overcooked, it seems like they kept reheating whatever meat was left over from previous orders. Will not be ordering from here again.
The service is quick. They speak English and Spanish. The Chata was disappointing being it was made with powder and water. The food was pretty good not a bad place to stop in for a quick bite.
