Very nice staff. They handled everything properly. We got exactly what we ordered and no hassle. A great dinner was had when I went home. I highly recommend this hidden gem. No napkins were forgotten :)
I ordered 5 crispy tenders with a side of mashed potatoes and corn. They gave me 5 spicy a$$ tenders & two mashed potatoes. Why are they so spicy and why didnt it say that on the menu? I couldnt even eat them and i didnt get my corn.
This store in Lombard on Roosevelt, used to be my favorite KFC. So many changes of Staff and owners. I went back about a week ago and it was good.
Check your order before leaving. This kfc is down the street from my house - try not to eat fried food all the time..sometimes you want good chicken. This francise is never consistant. But unfortantely the only kfc nearby. This visit, i almost drove away without my fries and coleslaw, and would have if someone from the back didn't call for me to stop before driving off. The bag recieved was only the sandwiches i ordered - which were also incorrect. I ordered and confirmed spicy chicken..recieved original with next to no sauce. Cold rubbery fries that sat around waiting for a customer and mediocre coleslaw. Hit popeyes instead..at least they have improved their food. With food prices being what they are what you purchase should be decent quality not an afterthought. There was no line either..not a busy time for them. The fries were a dead giveaway of this factor.
I went thru the drive thru and ordered 3 piece meal food took 20 minutes. Pepsi had no ice and food was not done threw it away. The order taker was rude and didn’t understand anything I said. Will not be going back.
My first time ordering from this location and I’m very disappointed. She got my order wrong and gave me regular instead of crispy and didn’t put my coleslaw with my order. The chicken has an awful taste, looked like it was boiled and smelled horrible…we basically forced ourselves to eat because we were so hungry. Out of the 16 pieces, we ate 4(usually we can finish the entire bucket.) the quality was just horrible, definitely not coming back to this location.
Amazing how you can enter this KFC stand at the counter for over 2 mins without ever being assisted or acknowledged.Not sure if it is because what i look like or just rude employees too busy on their phones to pay attention to me.The customer before me was well taken care of by the same lady who, as I walked up to the counter, looked at me pulled out her phone and walked away.Sad state of business when your refused service at a KFC.

I ordered through the app but my order was canceled for some unknown reason. I used a promo for a free sandwich that the app would no longer honor since it thought it was already redeemed on the canceled order. The manager just looked at me and said there was nothing that could be done, so I left. What a shame.
Three stars for the effort put forth by the young lady minus 2 stars for the ownership and management staff for not providing proper training to the employees if you offer a free chicken sandwich buy one get one free promotion on your reciept if you fill out the survey online you should also teach your employees how to ring up those promotions
