I ordered 2 sandwich meals for delivery and had to wait over 2hrs for the food to arrive. I called twice and prepaid. This is ridiculous. Subs so slow you'll freaking starve

I literally have been to this Jimmy Johns twice in the past week to get a sandwich DURING THEIR NORMAL HOURS, once at 4:30 and once at 5:30, and they had the doors locked and were not open. Do not bother going here at all. You will probably be wasting your time. Go to the Potbelly that's 200 yards away.
Super friendly staff! Very quick on the delivery as well and went above and beyond to deliver to me! I appreciate Jimmy John's and this location! A+!

The whole staff was incapable of making enough sandwiches for my 5th grade class except for a delivery driver who professionally helped me sort my orders and properly deliver my food shout him only every1 else a bum

I placed an order at 12:45, but didn’t receive my food until after 2pm. I was given the wrong type of chips and no straws for the drinks. I spoke to the manager who said it’s normal to wait 30-45 minutes if it’s busy. However, my wait time was an hour and 15 minutes. I was only offered free chips for the incorrect order for compensation.
A clean shop, practice mask a d social distancing; Staff friendly, food great.
Somewhat limited hours compared to other restaurants especially in the area. They close quite early. I guess they don’t cater to people with untraditional schedules. And they aren’t even open on weekends? What the heck.
